Discover our charming holiday home Gabi in the idyllic Odenwald, in Oberzent, Hesse, in the immediate vicinity of Hirschhorn, Eberbach and Beerfelden. This 100 square metre holiday flat with basic furnishings offers space for up to 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with WC), separate WC, a storage room, a balcony and a large terrace with barbecue. The house is occupied solely by the tenant. It is therefore ideal for quiet family holidays, for relaxing, hiking and as a starting point for exploring the southern Odenwald and the beautiful Neckar Valley.
Our holiday flat is dog-friendly, so you can easily bring your four-legged friend with you. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony or prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill. A car park is of course at your disposal.
The holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can prepare your favourite dishes and enjoy them on the cosy terrace or in the dining area with stylish wooden furniture and purple accents.
The flat is equipped with bed linen, a TV with satellite connection, a cot and a high chair for the youngest guests. Free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and the option of long-term rental are further amenities that will make your stay a pleasant one. Towels are provided.
Please note that this flat is a non-smoking flat and is also suitable for fitters.

Hello, we are Klaus and Gabi Braner, a retired couple from the Odenwald. Since February 2017 we have been offering a renovated holiday flat in Haus Gabi. The house itself is only used for this holiday flat, guests enjoy the undisturbed peace and quiet without having to take other parties into consideration. We ourselves live not far from the holiday flat and look forward to getting to know you. The 100sqm holiday flat offers a great view. Pure nature to relax in. Haus Gabi is ideal for a family holiday with 2-5 people. The house is occupied by the guests alone, with the flat located on the ground floor. The flat is child and dog friendly. Barbecues are welcome on the large terrace with barbecue fireplace! Basic equipment, television and WLAN are available, as well as sufficient parking spaces. In addition to the already known features, there is a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a sandpit, as well as a children's swing on the terrace.
