Had a wonderful week. Our boys aged 5 and 6 loved the farm. We could look everywhere and have seen many young calves. Beautiful large garden with play equipment and terrace to sit in the sun. There are many beautiful forests in the area to walk in.

We were very well and kindly received with cake and candy for the children by the caretaker. Our first impression of the accommodation was good (normally clean) and that was confirmed afterwards, everything needed to stay for a week is available. Spacious house for 7 people with the German charm of yesteryear. The wooded area is beautiful, from the house you step after 15 minutes walk into the forest for a walk. The quiet village of Sellerich was to catch our breath and enjoy the peace. We, and certainly the children, have experienced the farming around the house as positive (no annoyance of this, eg flies and smell) playground equipment, pedal tractors were ready for use. Even rides on the tractor with the farmer were possible and gave a great experience. Definitely a place to definitely go back, after a wonderful holiday week / stay.

Ok for the holidays. R nThe children could play in the garden with all the toys (trampoline, swing, bicycles ...) of the daughter and could roam freely in the stables. They really enjoyed it (there were newborn calves, really cute). The children also may ride with the tractor, an experience for city children. R nA also ran a very sweet dog around, Molly. Very large and impressive. But our own son of three normally afraid of dogs, found this cute dog. R nIt is a very beautiful region. With a very large forest 1km from the house. It was a wonderful vacation on the farm with two small children and four adults. There was plenty of outdoor play for children, sandpit, slide, swing, trampoline, etc. The cow, horse and cats were great for the kids. We Silvester celebrated in Hontheim. Places visited as Prum, Bittburg, Neuenberg, and the local ski area. Lovely walk in the numerous forests. A very spacious and cozy house (4 bedrooms!), With a very friendly hostess. Coffee and a homemade cake were ready on arrival! The house is near an active farm with cows. The interior of the house is a bit old-fashioned, but everything is neat and clean. The wifi is not overly strong. From the house you walk within a few minutes into the forest, ideal for vacationers with a dog. The house is very quiet in a tiny village. We stepped into the car for shops and restaurants. The environment is wooded.

All present in the house. Clean, good beds. It felt like going back in time in view of the interior, no wifi, tv. Many fly. Super fun on the farm, everyone is welcome to come and watch, ride on tractor. Children enjoy themselves very well. Super nice people. Lot with rumored. Prima holiday. Weather has also worked well. First few days very hot, resulting in an explosion of flies. Very friendly people who like you for standing by. Also enjoyed the cake, we got big chunks of time. Also plenty of opportunities for uitstapjes.Wij were 4 people in the house, what went well, but the table outside is very tight to eat. 4 people In the bath steps to take a shower is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The holiday was very cozy with two families and the owner has welcomed us with fresh coffee and cake (chocolate for the kids) and 2 days later we got some nice again. We could look at the cows when we wanted at the milking machine and the children have once allowed to watch perform when calves with. The house is spacious enough (one room for the kids to play, one room for the TV (by the way no dvd player) and then look in the kitchen where you all can cozy up. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds were already made up when we arrived. Prum is fifteen minutes away and has everything you need there. Nearby you can make walks.

The cottage was larger than expected. Delightful master bedroom with large beds. These layers also good. Quietly into the night. No noise from cows. Separate room with couches for quiet reading or something. Minuses I found that there were few Dutch channels on the TV. (A Netherlands-Belgian) and if you want to sit outside denotes the yard, quiet location, with beautiful view, but no garden. The cows and calves are fun for the little kids, like the trampoline and swing. A short distance away is a nice village, outdoor pool, supermarkets, wildlife park, and Eijfelpark is also very nice with children. Plenty to do for a day. The cottage was clean enough.

The holiday (5 days) were very nice. Our kids had a very good time with the calves dogs and cats. We were very warmly received with cake, very friendly people. In the area there is plenty to do. Especially if you like nice walks and nature. Definitely recommend!

The first week of June 2009, we (8 adults and a baby of 1.5 yrs) was a guest Feinen Steils. The farmer who received us was very friendly. The service and helpfulness were fine. The former farm-house is simple but cozy and equipped with all standard amenities. The beds could be better but were adequate. You can freely through the stables and walk through the yard and play a friendly chat with the woman and her family. We could use their garden with swing and sandpit. What for some is a concern that pets are allowed, even their dogs and cats roam freely rond.Alles together we have a very nice week at the family enjoyed, for us to repeat vatbaar.Paul Marks

We were incredibly fun ontvvangen namely with cake and coffee and some snacks for the kids. The beds were wonderful and it was clean and fresh and if we did what we needed to do is ask and she was ready for us. The 3rd day his daughter came again with cake. The kids loved it especially the calves were very loved. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy hiking. All in all a very nice holiday and worth repeating. We were also with 5 adults and 2 children aged 15 and 12 years.

Furnishing of the house is simple but sufficient. This was clear beforehand.

We are two weeks with the Fam-Feinen Steils with our dog. During the weekend visit had four children and man there is plenty of room. Special sweet and hospitable people where help is requested. We have a number of times may also enjoy the bakkunst Ms. Sellerich-Hontheim is a good base for real hikers the setting is magnificent, our two weeks were so order. The town itself is nonexistent but that was known in advance. The only downside is the slow wifi.

We had a wonderful holiday. Warm welcome with cake. Home and decor is very dated, but all in order and clean. Enough space and fine, large beds. The shower is fine. Quietly situated cattle farm (cows) in a small quiet village in the Eifel. The village Very friendly and helpful owner. Bedroom a little dusty, but otherwise everything very goed.Ideaal situated for walkers, cyclists. A visit to the underground in Bleialf is also worth. Excellent swimming pool in Prüm.

Farming was a very nice environment for our son of three, he even brought the farmer to the tractor even a few times. Accommodation was good, very spacious. Facility well dated but it looked nice. We had a nice stay in the cottage. The dining room with TV, the living room we have created a playroom. The weather was against with much rain. Despite december / january no snow. This holiday is a must. On arrival we were given a delicious cake. Particular nice people. Very spacious woning.In the village itself there is not much to do, but the surrounding villages to pray a lot of attractions for kinderen.Mogmaals recommended.

A super nice farm family with a nice house. However, a somewhat dated decor, but it fits with the house. The bedrooms are large onzettend. In our time we have had good weather, so much to walk around the area. (Just from the farm). Many walks in the neighborhood. The cows and calves were very nice to carry / stroke / viewing etc. The yard and the stables were well cleaned. We will definitely come back.

We are warmly welcomed with coffee & cake & a bottle of lemonade for the children. So dear people! R nThe cottage was like a trip back to the 70s, but with all the comforts of today. Ok for the holidays. R nThe children could play in the garden with all the toys (trampoline, swing, bicycles ...) of the daughter and could roam freely in the stables. They really enjoyed it (there were newborn calves, really cute). The children also may ride with the tractor, an experience for city children. R nA also ran a very sweet dog around, Molly. Very large and impressive. But our own son of three normally afraid of dogs, found this cute dog. R nIt is a very beautiful region. With a very large forest 1km from the house. We have seen one deer, a few foxes and hares. R nA highly recommended! We will definitely go back.

We Silvester celebrated in Hontheim. Places visited as Prum, Bittburg, Neuenberg, and the local ski area. Lovely walk in the numerous forests. Birth of a calf attended live, the only new computerized milking machine just admired and drank fresh milk every morning. Our daughter was 12 and her girlfriend often found in the stable to pamper the cows and calves and give food. We also can enjoy homemade cakes from the hostess many times. Incredibly cozy and congenial all. We really enjoyed our stay.
