We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, but there were a few minor issues. The place was quiet and ideal for outdoor activities, but we felt that the furnishings could use a bit of updating. Nevertheless, the spaciousness and beautiful garden made our time spent here enjoyable.

As all reviews indicate, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and offers a wonderful bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful, and there is even an electric car charging point, available for a fee, of course!

A wonderful place to relax! The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the proximity to Black Man for great walks. The kids had a great time playing outside, and we enjoyed barbecues in the garden. All in all, a great family-friendly place.

We were four with our dog as guests at the Heinen family in April and felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. From there, you can start wonderful walks; for everything else, you need to get in the car. You should plan for a half-hour drive to the nearest discounter or similar. We can only recommend the wildlife park in Daun as a destination. Thank you very much for the relaxing four days.

We felt absolutely at home. Very child-friendly, even for small children, with lots of toys (small cars, dolls and the like, tricycles, etc.) and everything is very well maintained and modern. Even when it's hot, it's not too warm inside. The hosts gave us a very friendly welcome, we were even allowed to arrive earlier after we had arranged it, and were given fresh home-grown vegetables to try. There are lots of hiking trails that are also accessible on foot with a stroller, you just have to go a little further into town. Sometimes there's no signal, but that's not unusual in the country. And we were missing a pair of barbecue tongs. What we would have also liked was a small gate with a fence at the entrance, as the traffic on the road is quite fast. It was still a really relaxing family holiday, we'd love to go back!

An incredibly complete and spacious apartment. Also cool on hot days. Equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. Very complete kitchen and a nice bathroom. Also incredibly sweet owners. We also enjoyed the livestock at the apartment. We especially found the ducks very funny. Definitely recommended for people who want to go to the Eifel.

What a super location! Great family home! Neat and clean. There are bicycles and go-karts for the children and toys and games inside the house! The kids also enjoyed seeing if the chickens had laid eggs! A super beautiful environment! We have been to Irrel for a day at the falls! We have been to Trier and Monchau for a day and also to the Ardennes! Furthermore, we have a great time at the cottage! This location is really recommended if you want to go to the Eifel!

We have with our three children (8,5 and 1) had a wonderful holiday. The house was both outside and inside very nice and clean. Lots of space in and around the house and plenty of toys and fun for the kids. They enjoyed the animals (dogs and chickens) and cycling down the hill and ride the go-kart. The environment and nature are very nice (especially the lovely autumn colors). The house is in a quiet area and to view some sites you had to sometimes distant drive the car (but the advantage is that you can see much of the surroundings in the Eifel). The owners were also very friendly and welcoming! In short, we have enjoyed our wonderful vacation!

Because of the very bad weather and car trouble, we can only give something about the property. This was for us (couple with two small children) definitely okay. This accommodation was easy to find. On arrival we were received by the friendly Mrs. Heinen who gave a clear explanation about the house. This accommodation was beyond expectations. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and appliances. The bathroom is new and has a nice rain shower. Furthermore, the house is equipped with many toys, books and drawing stuff. Outside is a playground for children. This is a perfect holiday location for a family with children.

The welcome was warm. The house was fine. In the house was a lot of children's toys, games and books and that was very nice for our grandson of 4 years. The weather was drizzly so much in the house. Everything was very clean, spacious and complete. Very nice! Small side note few TV channels, only German. The wifi was reasonable. The mobile reception is difficult in the entire region. From the house you walk on the trails. The area is beautiful! We had booked this house to escape the fireworks in our hometown for our frightened dog and that worked out fine. Apart from a single banging after New Year no fireworks are heard. Other years also in Germany and had a quiet New Year, but this time was even better than usual.

Our trip to "Haus Heinen" began on July 12, 2013. The house was to find good phone call to the owners about 1 / 2 hours before arrival went fine. The house itself complete, clean, spacious enough, everything worked properly. The BBQ has worked overtime and gas remained unemployed -) Prüm is turning 13 miles of switchbacks and is fun to eat an ice cream and to do (shopping Lidl, Aldi, Netto Market) Bleialf is 6 kilometers away and has a supermarket (Edeka ). Arrival was pleasant; Andrea Heinen immediately showed us around the apartment. They live in the same house and then upstairs. You will not notice this (positive). The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is also fully equipped. We have been 3 nights with our children 3 years and 9 months. That was fine because they have a lot for children such as a playground with turkeys and chickens, bicycles and toys. They also have a baby / high chair. Very quiet house in a rural setting. Between the farm is an oasis of tranquility. The house is very constant temperature even at extreme temperatures, as this summer (over 36 degrees). The garden with playground and plenty of shade is a godsend for children, like the newly paved driveway: it is there good racing with the present go-karts, scooters and bicycles. Nearby is an abundance of nature, where good walking, cycling and mountain biking in the hills. Also provides an extensive network of bicycle lanes on freeways former connections from the neighboring village of Sankt Vith in Belgium and Prüm in Germany. We are in the autumn here a week and look back on a nice holiday. We have had a very good stay in this house. The house was much larger than expected, especially the living room and hallway, and very clean. We slept through the good beds, dark and quiet environment. The area is well motorcycling! Owner and daughter were very welcoming. The holiday of family Heinen has a rural location. The chicken, dog and poesen which are present around the house were especially at our favorite daughter. There is plenty of space around the house to play and there is a nice terrace. We had some nice weather so much less made use of the terrace. Our trip to "Haus Heinen" began on July 12, 2013. The house was to find good phone call to the owners about 1 / 2 hours before arrival went fine. The house itself complete, clean, spacious enough, everything worked properly. With the beds we were less happy, it can be a matter of taste, but the mattress in the "master bedroom" was very hard and very soft pillow ... But that was the only discordant note. The kids (both 8 years) have very entertained with the go-kart and small car and of course with the chickens and the dog. The last one was on the line and was not allowed to eat sweets, but the chickens have definitely become heavier. All the old bread (and sometimes new) went straight to the other side of the stream (the chicken pasture). The stream ... it was very cold when we were there. The water was also very low (approximately 15 cm). Swimming was not an option, but to build a dam though. 2 weeks to fly, it was usually 30 degrees. The BBQ has worked overtime and gas remained unemployed -) Prüm is turning 13 miles of switchbacks and is fun to eat an ice cream and to do (shopping Lidl, Aldi, Netto Market) Bleialf is 6 kilometers away and has a supermarket (Edeka ). Arrival was pleasant; Andrea Heinen immediately showed us around the apartment. They live in the same house and then upstairs. You will not notice this (positive). The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is also fully equipped. We have been 3 nights with our children 3 years and 9 months. That was fine because they have a lot for children such as a playground with turkeys and chickens, bicycles and toys. They also have a baby / high chair. For a few days to a week to walk and see the surroundings, this is a nice accommodation. Point of attention is the bed: the mattresses are hard and at 1.90 meters I just did not fit well bed and therefore did not sleep well.

A warm welcome. At the accommodation it was neatly clean and everything was neatly arranged. We were also allowed to borrow a bicycle without any problem to cycle to the supermarket in Bleialf. Environment beautifully sloping with many walks in the woods, but also on many paths between meadows with beautiful views.

We were too early but was not a problem, we were right in and received a tour of Mrs. Heinen, with an explanation of all practical matters. The house was great in one word, everything, but really everything is present. Super clean, comfortable sofa, good sturdy mattresses. We spent a wonderful autumn holiday of one week here. The peace and space, delicious! The location of this accommodation is superb in the 3 countries point, so you are in Luxembourg and Belgium. Also visit the beautiful town of Monschau. One wonderful week at a very hospitable family Heinen.

The description is correct. Spacious holiday home and child friendly. The latter by the presence of among others bicycle and skelter. Quiet and beautiful area from which you can explore the Eifel as well as Belgium or Luxembourg.

Well received, half an hour later than planned, but no problem for the owner. Home equipped with every comfort and very neat. Very beautifully situated in the countryside. Three walks to start from the house.

We have with our three children (8,5 and 1) had a wonderful holiday. The house was both outside and inside very nice and clean. Lots of space in and around the house and plenty of toys and fun for the kids. They enjoyed the animals (dogs and chickens) and cycling down the hill and ride the go-kart. The environment and nature are very nice (especially the lovely autumn colors). The house is in a quiet area and to view some sites you had to sometimes distant drive the car (but the advantage is that you can see much of the surroundings in the Eifel). The owners were also very friendly and welcoming! In short, we have enjoyed our wonderful vacation!

the area is very beautiful really an eifel hamlet with only very few houses, lots of beautiful nature. We were immediately received very warmly by Andrea and she immediately gave us a short tour of the house. the accommodation is exactly as in the description. Everything you need is there!

Awesome. Nice hostess and everything is present in this apartment. Very clean, nice furniture, spacious rooms, good beds and last but not least a beautiful environment. We couldn't wish for better. The chickens (delicious eggs), emus and the kids bring even more fun.

We were hospitable receive everything was very clean and tidy and the house was big enough. The dog was allowed to run loose in their garden. The beds were great to sleep on. If you one question, or if anything, they were very helpful.

This accommodation was easy to find. On arrival we were received by the friendly Mrs. Heinen who gave a clear explanation about the house. This accommodation was beyond expectations. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and appliances. The bathroom is new and has a nice rain shower. Furthermore, the house is equipped with many toys, books and drawing stuff. Outside is a playground for children. This is a perfect holiday location for a family with children.

The welcome was warm. The house was fine. In the house was a lot of children's toys, games and books and that was very nice for our grandson of 4 years. The weather was drizzly so much in the house. Everything was very clean, spacious and complete. Very nice! Small side note few TV channels, only German. The wifi was reasonable. The mobile reception is difficult in the entire region. From the house you walk on the trails. The area is beautiful! We had booked this house to escape the fireworks in our hometown for our frightened dog and that worked out fine. Apart from a single banging after New Year no fireworks are heard. Other years also in Germany and had a quiet New Year, but this time was even better than usual.
