We have the old house on the property rented with two adults and two teenagers. There was more than enough space inside and outside, we had a nice private terrace. Everything was available in the kitchen (solid material). All the windows were equipped with blind and mosquito nets so you could sleep., Even with the windows open Quiet location, no street noise. Friendly and helpful owner who takes her time to explain the omgeveing u200bu200band the sights. Nice cooling pool in a beautiful garden. Beautiful setting in the mountains a car is needed from there to visit. Definitely recommended. We liked the old house above the detached new build bungalows. Everything was very neat both inside and outside the domain.

Arrival was top! You arrive in a village with 25 houses (55 inhabitants) .Guest woman, wait outside on us. We were warmly welcomed. Everything was explained carefully about the apartment, immediate surroundings and what to do in a region. They have a great folder with everything in it. The house is 100% hygienic. Decor is perfect and everything you need and more is present. It is thought of everywhere. It's so quiet and you wake up with an orchestra of birds. Beautiful! Around the house there are several terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while eating your own lunch (also Bbq), reading a book or just relaxing. Do not want to be on the terrace at the house. To make it even more beautiful there is a Garden for the house with natural spring water, so pure and delicious. That same water comes from the crane in the house. All lies in a valley between the hills and you can walk around the neighborhood every three miles from 3 km to your own wishes. Master and his wife, however, are beautiful neat set with 3x Beautiful children. However, they are there to help you. They are great to meet people. With nice heart for their guests and nature. My wife (54) and I (60) were very positively surprised by this well equipped very clean fewo with what one wishes during an extended stay (11 nights), including a spacious bathroom with shower, a spacious, separate bedroom with excellent beds and a well equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, induction cooker) in the living room. The oven has been used several times by us for delicious cooking. The service-oriented and customer-friendly couple is open to any question or request. This property is located in a very small and remote village, where you can relax for the quiet and nature. For families with children up / to four years, there is a large garden with lots of play equipment present (part of the house). The house (with several terraces, so you can also easily come into contact with the other guests (if there is open) is the whole day in the sun. We have beautiful walks and memorable cycling trips (resp. 64km and 165km in total) our sports bikes. cycling routes in the Hunsrueck are indeed intended primarily for mountain bikers, so we have some forest roads quite some pieces (approximately 5%) to walk. The apartment is in a quiet area and is a good base for hiking. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Bernkastel Kues, Trier and the Moselle are easily accessible by car. We have spent a wonderful week.

We found the hospitality of the family very nice. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by the owners. They were always in for a chat. There is so much beauty in the area. You look your eyes out. Cities such as Trier, Bernkastel and Morbach are easy to reach. The village Merschbach is a very nice quiet village with friendly people. I definitely recommend to book.

Our apartment was fully, fully equipped, incl bed linen and towels. The surroundings are beautiful, even the village very nice, however without facilities at a bakery after which came every day with sandwiches. The welcome was very warm, the hospitable owners wanted us to make sense and that is certainly succeeded. The terrace was nice, we could use breakfast and other meals and sit outside.

After a long day of driving, it was nice to stay at Villa Vici. The apartments offered enough luxury for us at the apartment and there was plenty of parking available for our engines. What we most remember from this apartment was the hospitality of the landlords. At any time of the day they were available to us, and halfway through our holiday we were even invited to a BBQ. An excellent location for those who love excursions!

Nice place, quiet, very good in every way (layout, cleanliness, service, location, ...) and all at a really low price. The welcome can be in German, French, English, Polish, Italian, ... really warm people and at the service of their guests. I will go back there when I have to go to the region again.

We really enjoyed the holiday in this place. Friendly owner and sociable. The apartment was neat and clean and looked smart. Everything was there and the range in the kitchen was expanded (only no panlappen and oven mitts)). Even from the outside it looks neat with beautiful terraces and a playground for children. Fine furniture with cushions) located in a small village where there are no shops, but where it's nice and quiet. Recommended! We had reservations for a week but had certainly entertained us another week!

The owner was already waiting for us. It was a warm and friendly welcome. We were immediately allowed into the apartment and she gave us a tour. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The communal terrace and garden are beautifully set up and give a lot of freedom. The inventory of the apartment was more than sufficient and everything has been thought of. From an egg slicer to an apple corer. The beds were made and linen was also provided. Various walking routes run from the location.

A beautiful and nice apartment located in a small hamlet, in the middle of nature. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on holiday and during our stay the towels were changed regularly, class! Nice and for me unexpected side effect: there is a Senseo coffee maker, I did not have to use the instant coffee for that one cup of coffee a day... great! We enjoyed a nice walk in the area and visited some wildlife parks. Of course, a car is indispensable here.
