Description
The holiday home is fully equipped,
You use approx. 120 sqm of living space, up to 4 people have comfortable space.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance area (accessible once via 6 steps or at ground level through the side entrance),
the open, bright kitchen incl. cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, sufficient crockery/cutlery, microwave and immediately afterwards the dining room with wood-burning cooker as well as a large double bedroom (1.80m x2.00m) with comfortable mattresses, topper and a shower-bath en suite.
Another bedroom is located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), topper and comfortable mattresses.
Here are also the spacious and cosy living room with fireplace and another bathroom with bath and washing machine.
All windows have blinds and mostly also fly screens, there are 2 x TV with SAT, radio/ CD/ DVD and internet via WLAN.
The 2 fireplaces spread a cosy warmth on cool days, the wood for them is behind the house.
The huge garden of 5,000 square metres is half fenced in, where you can romp around to your heart's content, barbecue and chill out.
A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue are waiting to be used.
There are several parking spaces in front of the house on a wide driveway.

Country house idyll in the Hunsrück
The lovingly furnished house has a large garden with a beautiful view of the landscape and plenty of seating. Two fireplaces provide cosy warmth when the evenings are a bit chillier. It is well suited for a family with children or for two couples who want to hike together
who want to hike together, as each floor has its own bathroom. You do need a car though, as there is no grocery shop in the village.
And it is also not suitable for tall people, as the upper rooms are relatively low. Overall, a cute, nicely renovated house where we felt comfortable.

Very nice house, lots of space in the garden as well as in the house. Nice barbecue area with pavilion. We felt very comfortable.
