Set in the peaceful village of Groß Schwansee, just 800 meters from the beach, this pet-friendly attic apartment offers a charming retreat for families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring electric stove, oven, coffee machine, and dining space for six—perfect for shared meals after a day by the sea.

The living/bedroom features a double sofa bed and satellite TV, while two separate bedrooms offer double beds, one with a toddler bed for little guests. A bathroom with a bathtub adds a touch of comfort for longer stays.

Outside, enjoy a shared garden with play equipment including a sandpit and slide, plus on-site parking and a high chair for added convenience.

The holiday apartment is located in the small village of Groß Schwansee. The beautiful Baltic Sea coast is within walking distance, the surroundings are nature-protected, and at this time of year, the area is surprisingly quiet for tourists. The village has many high-quality second or holiday homes that have been built since the 90s. There is little infrastructure; the nearest shopping opportunity is ten minutes by car, and dining options are only available at the manor house, which is a 5-star hotel. The apartment is quiet, relatively bright, and spacious for four people, and also solidly furnished. Satisfactorily clean, only the carpets could use a decent vacuuming. What bothered us, and could easily be changed: Most windows are completely covered with film (presumably as sun protection?) and more (skylights) or less blind or blinding. Toilet paper (one roll available), washing utensils, and dish towels should be brought along. procure shortly after arrival; otherwise, the kitchenette is adequately equipped. The service by the owners is provided remotely, the cleaning by a local company: everything went well. That’s all the constructive criticism. Thank you to the Bolliger family! Best regards!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like the Boltenhagen pier and Hansa-Park.
