It was a wonderfully spacious apartment. Very clean and complete. The access to the apartment consisted of a few steps, a slope, and then two more steps. Not really ideal, especially not for people with limited mobility. Only steps would have been more convenient than the sloped section. Furthermore, the seating in the gazebo was too cold with the constant north wind. So we hardly sat there. The seating by the front door was more sheltered. A place to comfortably read outside all day, however, was not available. We found the living room quite dark. Extra (atmospheric) lighting would be welcome. The bedside lamps next to the bed provided cozy light, but it was not enough to read by. Nevertheless, it is really a very neat and well-maintained apartment that could be fantastic with a few simple adjustments.

We had a fantastic stay at ferienhaus Fries. Gabi, the owner is cozy and hospitable. The house is fully equipped, including a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house is wonderfully heated with underfloor heating. The area invites you to go for a walk, the house is a stone's throw from the forest. Kindly received. Everything was neat and clean. A welcome drink in the fridge for us and a tasty treat next to our bed on the bedside table. Everything is there what you would have at home.
