We were welcomed. The accommodation is very good. We have been there for the second time and will come again. We do not have to say more, right?

We were warmly welcomed by the owners. We had sent an e-mail in advance with our expected arrival time, in four languages. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet the expected arrival time due to a long traffic jam. Contacted and the owners sent an SMS with the expected arrival time. Communication with Mrs. and Mr. was reasonable, their German and English is sufficient for the explanation of the ins and outs of this characteristic house. We must certainly compliment the photos on the website. They are not photoshopped in any way. What you see is what you get! The equipment of the crockery and glassware is more than adequate, so you get even more holiday feeling because you don't always have to do the dishes. A big plus is the Pool house. We spent many hours in this. Shade during the day and warm in the evenings. On a cold evening it is nice to heat with a few logs. The location of the house is also great, a dead end street that only the local residents and we of course use. So silence around you where you hear birds and some poultry from the neighbors. The farmers in this courtyard do their trade in the traditional way. Small-scale and close to what the earth offers them with small tractors and small agricultural machines that are simple for today. Oops! I go back to my youth! For those who love peace and nature, this is definitely the place to be, in the middle of this mountainous, agricultural environment.

Large cozy house Very nice manager The pool is awesome! The house is beautifully situated in a cul-de-sac very quiet, beautiful landscape, the garden and pool were well-kept, the house, of course, have just booked again for next year that should actually say everything. 2 Small disadvantages, however, there is no washing machine and the lesser evil is no WiFi but didn't bother us except for our son :-)

Spacious holiday home, great large garden and a lovely swimming pool. For us already the 2nd time here. Pool edge can use some maintenance, but that is typical for the Czech Republic is our experience.The surroundings are amazing very quiet and beautiful green in June.Auto is a must because the accommodation is very remote. Bicycles can also.

This is our third time here and you can really switch off from everyday life. Anyone who loves nature and peace and quiet will always come back. The house is simply furnished, you have everything you need. Our dogs can move freely because the garden is fenced. The pool and pool house are simply gigantic.

The surrounding area is fantastic, even if some of the sights are further away, it is still worth making the journey. We'll definitely come back.

Great holiday home fully equipped. The interior is typically Czech (rather simple). The house is surrounded by forest and is quite remote. Ideal for cyclists and walkers. We have had a nice holiday here.

Very nice people. You could communicate well with English. The house is nice and simply furnished. There are many antiques and beautiful things in the house, which you can discover. The garden with barbecue and pool is neat and well maintained. Everything was clean and tidy. Outside there is a lot of forest and meadow. It is very quiet and secluded. If you get up early you can watch deer out the window. There are some shopping possibilities about 20 minutes away. A car is a must. The shops are open Monday through Sunday. There are a lot of palaces and castles nearby. Prague is about an hour away and easy to reach. We will come back in any case!

On arrival the GPS and the address indicated by bell villa did not work. The people who rent the cottage can not speak English or German. No communication at all possible, they do not try it either. The house was pretty big, well maintained and clean. There is an ordinary gas cooker which works on gas / electricity. House is cold in winter difficult to heat with the wood in the night. The garden is also beautiful, just a pity that there was a lot of (dog) poo. The area is quiet, but very nice and peaceful.Good to inform whether the shops are open, we were here from December 23 to December 27 and actually the shops and restaurants were closed from 23 to 26 December. It would be nice if you call the villa about this. Fortunately hospitable environment and we ate delicious in the house with the local people.

We had a great holiday. Beautiful weather and very much enjoyed the beautiful pool. We were kindly received. We were with 4 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 17 years old. The cottage is remote and there is an oasis to rest in a beautiful setting. Different times we were eye-catching deer who walked past the house. The people who live in the area are friendly. We have been well over 2 1/2 weeks and have not bored ourselves for a moment. The photo in Belvilla's guide does not show beauty and splendor what it really is. Walking and cycling trips start from the cottage. Our dogs enjoyed the freedom in the enclosed garden and beyond. The forest is almost adjacent to the house. The house itself was good but simply decorated. Everything was present and very complete for holiday. Car is necessary to make groceries. There is a lot to get in the village shop. This holiday adress is definitely recommended.

We spent our 14 day summer holiday in the accommodation ... we were two families of 3 persons ... The house is very nostalgic but still satisfactory. We also found the woodworm under the roof as a special "attraction" - attention not for people with very light sleep. The garden is very well maintained, the pool of madness with super bath temperature due to the solar heating on the roof. Absolute highlight of the huge barbecue outside under the sitting area. It was just very nice.

We stayed in this house for 14 days. The cottage is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is a beautiful setting. The hosts are friendly people. The pool is good and the right temperature. We had a wonderful holiday.

A catastrophe, coffee machine had to be replaced was broken. Radio broken antenna, only purrs. The house full of ants. Lots of noise all around. Lawns are mowed on Sundays. Everything is very old and not really clean. Landlord unfriendly and communication difficulties because landlord speaks neither German nor English.

If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. The holiday home is detached and completely fenced, making it ideal for dogs. The landlords are incredibly nice. The house is simply and functionally furnished. It's our fifth stay here and we'll definitely be back.
