Overall assessment

We were kindly received by the owner who could speak English reasonably and could tell us a lot about the area, the course of the car to the stay was the first time a challenge with the suitcases but that did. The view was great, we enjoyed the bench for the stay and the picnic table. The house yr is not very big but we were zn tween so that was no problem, the kitchen and bathroom were neat and up to date, otherwise it was basic but good to do. Sat-TV with most German and Czech channels, but we have little use. -) The bedrooms are a bit difficult to reach via a harmonica loft ladder, just get used to but again do. The backyard is a beautiful forest with many landscaped hiking trails (and Geocaches -)). Furthermore, it is a great environment in terms of nature, the location is perfect for a day in Prague but also for a day in Poland. There are also enough beer breweries to take a look, but also many castles and castles, the 1 even more beautiful as the other. So enjoy!

It is a small house on the edge of the forest. You walk straight up the mountain for a lovely walk. We thought it was a detached house on its own property, but right next to the house is the owner's house. The owner walks around the house, but he tries to bother you as little as possible. His dog also runs loose.
Furthermore, the house was not very modern, but it was fine for a few days. The bed was good, but it is an undertaking to get to the bedroom. There is a fold-out (creaking) staircase that leads to the bedrooms. This house is certainly not recommended for people with mobility problems.
The view from the house is beautiful. The environment here is incredibly beautiful. You can use the picnic table in front of the house. It is also nice that dogs are allowed to come along. It costs 50 CZK per day. There is also a tourist tax per night that must be paid afterwards. It was also very nice that there was a good wood stove in the house. You get (free) wood for all the days you stay in the house.
In short, we definitely recommend this house.

The atmosphere and location of the cottage is absolutely top.
It's small and basic, but fine for us if you're out and about all day. We had read that about the loft ladder in reviews, which is not an obstacle for us and we even get used to it, but not ideal with small children.
Side note, there are quite a few defects in the house, many doors and windows simply do not close. Shelf above the bed is loose and comes down if you bump it.
Host is very helpful (although his English is moderate) and you will be welcomed by an enthusiastic dog and cat.

House is not suitable for families with children's (small and large). Bedrooms can only be reached with loft ladder (steep and crackling) and poor WiFi. Kitchen is limited. But two chairs in seating area. Single beds were very hard and bumpy. Provided linen is limited (1 towel on and 1 tea towel). Environment is beautiful.
