On arrival we were welcomed by Mr. Beat, the owner, who let us go our way. But if there were any questions, he was there for us. The house was on a dead end road halfway up a mountain, but easily accessible. The cottage has a fantastic view, it was also extremely clean. We were allowed to use the vegetable garden, so that we had fresh herbs in the meal. It is an excellent house to explore the area (((Italy, glaciers, forests and villages).

We were pleasantly received by the house owner who showed us around the house. There were also welcome flowers from their own garden on the table, eggs from their own chickens and homemade jam and syrup. The accommodation was a good place to eat and sleep next to watching TV and making reports of the trip. The interior was vintage furniture from the 70s, but that gives a certain atmosphere. Unfortunately the toilet was leaky, but due to truck tape the damage could be limited to wet mops / towels. The owner was of good will to get a mechanic, but that was only possible the next day (national holiday in Switzerland). In the meantime, the damage was limited to the above-described situation. Also gave the cold water tap at the sink and tiny ray and because there was no curtain / shot on the bathtub, gave the showerhead no powerful beam (which is useful to prevent under-spattering of the bathroom.) The owner promised a renovation, and then were allowed next year we spend a night free of charge ..... The area was beautiful we were in the Rhone valley where we could take various trips to eg cable cars to watch glaciers, or mountain passes to be able to drive. always a huge impression.

We came to this house for 23 years. Now, after a break of several years, again: it was coming home! The landlords are very friendly. The cottage (with its own front door) is spacious, very clean, since a year a modern new bathroom with shower and toilet, there is a new wooden floor in the living room and bedroom. New windows have also been added: real Walliser windows; cozy! Other furniture has also been added. There is also plenty of storage space: everything exudes a cozy atmosphere. The spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy. So: a very pleasant stay! Furthermore, the house is very centrally located. From here you are in the Binntal, or on the Nufenen and Grimselpass. In the other direction you can easily reach the Simplon Pass (and Italy), Saas Grund, Saas Fee and Zermatt. A little further, but within an hour (through the tunnels) you are in Sion. And further in the direction of Martigny or (Lake of) Geneva. Down from Mörel you take the cable car to the Aletsch Glacier. You can also return from the house by car train and you are fairly quickly in Interlaken, for the Jungfrau, etc. The climate is usually wonderful; we always had sun. A swimming pool is in Naters and Brig.Sometimes cloudy for a few days, rainy in the past: more than a few days it was not. Now we had 4 weeks of sun! So: this house, with nice landlords is highly recommended! Gerard and Joke from Heemstede

Warm owners. On arrival there were some products from the vegetable garden. Cottage is somewhat outdated, like the picture 's see. You have a little drive up the mountain to get there. Way is passable.

Great location for us. Several passes and mountains nearby. The "reception and" friendliness of the owners was very appreciated. If we were to return to the area, we would choose the same chalet.

Very nice place if you like peace and quiet. Beautiful view and in the middle of nature. The owners are very nice and hospitable and live on the ground floor. They have their own vegetable garden and various animals around the house. The bathroom is new. The rest of the apartment is quite basic and somewhat outdated, but otherwise spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there. Slept well on the two single beds. Wifi works well when you're inside, actually not anymore on the terrace. The supermarket at the bottom of the mountain has everything you need. If you want to go to a city with more shops and various restaurants, you can reach the picturesque Brig in 20 minutes.
