This holiday home is located on Riederalp, a 5-minute walk from the gondola station. You can park your car below the valley (CHF 7 per day) and use the Riederalpbahn to take your luggage up. Here is a lovely nature reserve with lots of hiking waiting. You will live on the ground floor in this spacious and comfortable apartment with a south-facing terrace and a magnificent view.
Riederalp, located above the village of Morel, is 8 km east of the town of Brig. You can find a 9-hole golf course, a wellness hotel with a swimming pool, a tourist information office and a bank here. The house has a fantastic south-facing location.
There are two holiday homes, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, both with a south-facing terrace or balcony. Both homes have been meticulously maintained and finished with lots of wood. In winter you can ski from the house to the piste and back again. Particulars : When you leave the gondola station, you can find the luggage transporter that can take you to your house.

We have been coming to the Rieder for 60 years, more at Christmas and occasionally in the summer, Chalet Ramona where we just came from is a lovely chalet, with 3 double bedrooms, (fortunately) no bunk beds, good kitchen and cozy sitting area, fine bathroom and we were generally ground floor, so grass garden on 3 sides and no balcony garden, lovely, no further guests, the owners Hr and Ms Ritler were there in the weekends, lovely people, we walked to the Bettmersee, with the hochfluh lift up and walk in the Aletschwald, to Villa Cassel, oh there is beautiful walking, and beautiful weather, had a great holiday!!!!!
