The arrival sink was out of order rude. The desk that had to pick up the key that employees would not like to contact me to rent my house.

The key picked up at the broker. Property neat and complete. Surroundings were beautiful, park with playground next door and beach within walking distance. Middelkerke itself as any other seaside resort on the Belgian coast.

Arrival was well arranged on day that the office was closed. House is smaller than you imagine, with 14 adults it was good that the weather was nice and we stayed a lot outside. Great location near the dike.

Weekend with the whole family to the sea. Just fantastisch.Mijn parents enjoyed being with the children and grandchildren. The villa was really well until the small details ... We took advantage of the sauna 's and hot tub ... close to the sea was great! We especially enjoyed the garden ... games outside with z' n all had really really bring the weertje during aperitief.We ... but our weekend was too short. Highly recommended!

Very spacious house with all the trimmings, everything was in place for a luxurious stay. We had picked a very hot weekend, which made it really nice to enjoy the sea and beach. Shops and beach are within walking distance of the house. As a tip, I would like to add that blinds in the bedrooms are upstairs not a luxury. We have two nights very bad or almost no sleep because of the heat.

We had lovely weather and the house is ideal to "sit at long off night, nice and cozy barbecue tuininrichting.De people very friendly manage the house were for the owner and even came to help on Sunday.

The house is ideally located and is within walking distance. We had then also fortunate that there is a super fun 11 person 's kart was in the house. But it was a pity that in the jacuzzi when the LEDs are turned off slammed the jacuzzi stopper out. But I'd really the cottage to anyone.

I have been there for several years, but the property is in need of renovation, due to the various damage that has been present for a long time, such as glass breakage of windows, damaged kitchen doors, and other damage. Location is great. But less parking space due to the placement of the rental counter.
After more than 2 months the deposit still not received back!

Overdue maintenance, broken and ill-fitting furniture and outdoor furniture green / dirty, window broken (no warm welcome). When calling about the fireplace that did not work, we grumbled and we were not called back, so we could not use the fireplace. Sauna cannot get warmer than 60 degrees.

Too bad, because the house has a lot of potential! Nice jacuzzi, nice downstairs area, good beds, nice outdoor area (if well maintained), good spaces.

L'emplacement de la villa était idéal! De plus qu'il y avait de l'animation dans le petit parc ajointé à la maison, parfait pour une petite balade en soirée. En ce qui concerne le logement en lui-même, il était parfait, suffisamment de place et comme présenté sur les photos (même au-dessus de nos attentes pour certaines pièces). Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner certains éléments (Le sauna, le chauffage à gaz dans le salon, quelques interrupteurs,..), mais pas de quoi gâcher notre séjour. Mon groupe d'amis et moi avons adoré notre moment passé à cet endroit et pensons à y retourner en période plus chaude afin d'également pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur! Le personnel de l'agence était très sympathique, et les dames de ménages ont été très aimables également. Merci pour l'accueil!

A wonderful midweek spent in this super complete (home.) Villa. The house is fully equipped. Neatly clean and enough space for 12 people .. definitely worth repeating!

We arrived on weekend with a group of 10 adults.Our arrival could not be between the specified hours, but this was no problem. Obtaining the key was done by e-mail and by telephone and this went very smooth. The house we found in neat condition and was larger than expected. However, the electricity was a few times off and the jacuzzi did not heat up on the second day. well on (as well as suddenly we had no hot water in the shower). Incidentally, we had a fantastic time without problems! We will definitely come back here!

A very great house. We were there for a staff trip and were 13 women. It was great. It offers everything you need in everyday life. It is centrally located. Supermarkets are on foot and also great to reach by car. The beach promenade is a 5-minute walk away and endless coastal walks is nothing in the way. Also the next larger city of Osteende is easy to reach by tram and offers many shopping possibilities.

Some bay windows impossible to open, defective frame. In bathroom non-functional shower adjustment knobs as well as light fixtures. Good room spaces as well as exteriors. Sauna and other goods.
