The arrival was fine as agreed with the owner so very good.The accommodation was very nice, very clean, the kitchen was very much ready for a family present .. The jacuzzi, sauna was all right, a book with explanation was present . the bedrooms okay. Not far from the beach was fun for the kids.

The house was fairly clean, the terrace was covered with weeds, a garden chair was broken and the sun loungers in the picture were missing, the barbecue was filthy and not cleaned, the kitchen utensils and cutlery were dirty and had to be washed before we could use. So the first impression was not good.

The area was quiet, nice neighbors. the house could be much better, there was a lot of dust on the furniture, it did not give us the impression that it was cleaned just before arrival. Two bottles of wine were thoughtful at the welcome sign in the living room. The large veranda, jacuzzi, steam shower and sauna compensated for the aforementioned defects.

We spent with 9 people the New Year's Eve 2018 here. It was wonderful! Well .. the weather can not be rated at this time of year, but for all other details here + the uncomplicated arrival (key safe) + welcome gift (wine) + the total size of the house + the wellness possibilities - sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower. + The open, large living area including large kitchen + The separated garden and two secure parking on the property + The distance to the beach, shopping and bars / restaurants. + Good excursion possibilities (bike, tram, car) + Excellent wireless internet + Good communication with the nice landlord (email) - Somewhat older and clairaudient-A bathroom in attic built-in - limited usable.- Fireplace (electric / gas) - Shared toilet not lockable- Dishwasher not efficient enough- Waste disposal outside (missing info about pickup , Collection points, etc.) - Lack of information that it is oversized bed size and this, as well as the mattresses throughout si nd.Endresultat The stay in this house was so nice and relaxing that we have booked our vacation right back. Kitchen was not clean dishwasher does it pretty badly. Jacuzzi connects to the kitchen and living room and the smell of chlorine at breakfast is not good. Call 3 times to get our deposit back. However, a very extensive mail with what is allowed and not allowed including the possible threat of deduction of deposit. We left everything better than we found it. Still 3 weeks have to wait for the refund.

Very spacious, pleasantly furnished and very well equipped house (kitchen with everything needed!), Quiet area for a larger group but within walking distance to town and beach. Unfortunately some shortcomings It's raining at three locations in the conservatory (the same of the lounge just for a large group), the oven fell out on the third day and no one came to repair, a ceiling lamp in the living room fell out. The jacouzi smelled from the third day and our cleaning tests did not change that.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty in the house. In the conservatory it rained heavily in some places. The steam room was not working. Likewise, the dishwasher, which was a real problem at 10 person house use. The oven and the microwave are not easy to use (inscription illegible). There is no fireplace, contrary to the house description! The instructions and notes in the house are written rude tourists in illegible handwriting Dutch. We had a great week in this spacious home. Location of the house is perfect, nice and quiet street, yet close to the city center and the view.The house was spotless could just about get by, was dusty and under some cabinets example was much dust and a sock ... Serre awesome! not only on a hot day (very hot) and indeed when rain leaked a lot. Too bad you could not take a shower in the main bathroom, while there was a connection, but the shower could not be used.The is a very nice house with lots of amenities, but a lot of maintenance. The lamps in the garden did not, it was through cable. Whirlpool was vuil.Een open socket next to the whirlpool. Had six garbage bags from previous occupants outside zetten.Geen good portfolio of information with tips about the house and what to do etc. With some more attention to these matters messages you would be quite right, and what would you get more bang for your buck.

In the summer we had a nice holiday with friends in this beautiful villa. With the beautiful weather we were within walking distance of the promenade and the beach, it was perfect! Jacuzzi and sauna was lovely to relax. Furthermore, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, plenty of room with the conservatory there and good beds. Few small dots min water in the jacuzzi was not super clean, the oven did not work and the steam shower also did not work perfectly. For the rest had a great holiday.

Haus Normandie Middelkerke ist weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage und sehr ruhig nur einige Gehminuten bis zum beach. Wir were 1 week in the Osterferien da mit 10 pers. (5 Erw. Und 5 Kinder im alter von 2-15) Das Haus bietet und sehr fell platz hat eine sehr gute Austattung. Wir sind uns einig nochmals hin zu fahren.

Beautiful house, nicely decorated. Perfect TV room with Telenet digital TV. Perfect kitchen with American fridge and so ice cubes! Veranda can "open in summer. The house Normandie We really liked. We are 6 adults and 3 small children and have been well entertained us. The house is tastefully decorated and offers great comfort with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam shower. We sat indoors, especially in the conservatory: lovely light! The garden is lekker.Het house situated in a quiet residential area, but within a few minutes walk to the sea (nice wide sandy beach at low tide). Near the house is a large playground with "pirate ship" and a lake with ducks. Middelkerke has a nice promenade with shops and restaurants. The tram stops nearby and takes you along the Belgian coast.

It is a cozy house, where you immediately feel at home. The extra "s (jacuzzi, etc.) are certainly very nice when it's winter. The conservatory was most appreciated by all of us (8 people). It is very light, in early March 2008, we have all the doors open and lock have delicious in the conservatory of the sun to enjoy!
