Cancellation terms:
- Der Mietvertrag kann zu jeder Zeit gekündigt werden. Die Kündigung muss schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Kündigung ist der schriftliche Eingang beim Vermieter. Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück oder tritt er die Reise nicht an, so wird eine angemessene Entschädigung verlangt. Für die Höhe der Entschädigung ist die Anzahl der Tage zwischen Zugang der schriftlichen Kündigungserklärung und dem eigentlichen Reiseantritt ausschlaggebend. Ab Vertragsschluss bis 31 Tage vor Mietbeginn 10%, ab 30-22 Tage vor Mietbeginn 25%, ab 21-15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50%, ab 14-7 Tage vor Mietbeginn 70%, ab 6-2 Tage vor Mietbeginn 90% auf den gesamten Mietpreis. Tritt der Mieter am Tag des Mietbeginns zurück oder tritt er die Reise nicht an, so wird eine Entschädigung von 100% erhoben.
