The reception by the contact person went smoothly. She was on site in 15 minutes after my call and explained everything very well. Everything also went very quickly on departure.
The flat was very clean and functionally furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Shopping facilities, bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Due to the location, directly on the promenade, you have a very nice view of the beach and the sea, even from the breakfast table.
To avoid driving and looking for parking, you can easily use the tram. The stop is right outside the front door.
The car was parked all the time in the parking garage, by the swimming pool. (approx. 6 euros per day)
The rental price is very reasonable, considering the great location to the beach and the city centre.
The holiday was very relaxing and there is nothing to stop us from booking again.
The final bill and the refund of the deposit was done already 1 day after departure.

Arrive and feel good
My daughter and I received a very friendly welcome and the handover of the keys went smoothly. The flat is perfectly and cosily furnished. We wanted for nothing! The quiet location of the flat is also very good. We were able to use the beach right in front of the door every day because of the good weather and we used the late afternoon for strolling and shopping in beautiful Middelkerke. It was a successful and relaxed long weekend. Thanks again to the landlady for allowing us to book the great flat at such short notice. One day after departure we already got the deposit back, we have never experienced anything like this before. Simply great! To sum up, we can recommend this flat 100% and if the opportunity arises, we will certainly come back for a mother-daughter weekend.

All good.
Everything was straightforward. Nice welcome. Great location. And everything you need is available. This apartment is well-maintained with love. The owner puts in a lot of effort. There was a self-written book available where all excursions are detailed described. The history of the house was described, and many destinations were described that I, as a Belgian who has been going to the coast at least three times a year for 25 years, had no idea about. Thank you very much for the nice accommodation. Anytime gladly again. The only thing to mention is that the living room and bedroom are one room. Which is okay. But should be known.

Super Urlaub
Everything was as described, we felt right at home. There is a fantastic view, and depending on the weather, fantastic sunsets. In addition, the coastal tram stops right at the door. Super relaxed vacation
A fully equipped and nicely furnished, quiet apartment to feel comfortable and relax with a beautiful view of the sea. Optimal location directly on the beach promenade. Restaurants, bars, and various shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. The very friendly and uncomplicated landlady as well as the extremely nice and helpful local contact person ensure a completely comfortable feeling. Just 2 minutes to the beach. I have now spent a vacation in the apartment in Middelkerke with my nephew, and we will definitely come back.

Everything as promised. Super cozy apartment. We didn't need a car. We went everywhere by tram. The stop is right in front of the door. The Spar market is also just around the corner. Pubs and restaurants everywhere. Many play options also for children.

Nice apartment, practical furnishings, and typical of a somewhat bizarre atmosphere on the Belgian coast with Belle Epoque buildings and 16-story high-rises; very friendly contact on-site and with the landlady.

Sea view
An apartment to feel comfortable and relax. With a fantastic view of the sea and the sunsets. The very nice landlady and the very pleasant contact person on-site are extremely accommodating, so we always like to return there as often as possible. We have already been able to convince some of our family members as well.

Simply great!
Great little apartment with efficiently used space.... Everything was clean and nicely furnished.... Everything available except for bedding and towels.... From drinking glasses to coffee maker to vacuum cleaner and beach chairs with wind protection.... Very nice people on site.... We will definitely come back here again....

Sea air and tranquility
As a couple, we spent a week in the apartment. It is optimally equipped with all amenities and daily necessities, very quiet inside and outside the house. The occasional planes passing by from Ostend airport provide more variety than being disturbing. All shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, the tram leaves from the front door. Finding parking can be a bit challenging, but then there is free space.

Cozy vacation for two 😊
I spent a very nice and cozy week in Middelkerke with my boyfriend. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. In good weather, you can reach the beach in just two minutes. In bad weather, snuggle up on the sofa together or play a board game. If you want to have a drink or eat out, the restaurant in the casino on the boulevard is recommended.
