Tolles Ferienhaus

Very clean, modern holiday home with the best comfort! Top equipped and lovingly furnished. Everything has been thought of here. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our time. The location of the cottage allows for nice excursions in the surrounding area by car or bike. The free natural bathing beach is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes.

We really liked the house itself, top equipment, and the sauna was a dream. We can recommend the house 100% and would love to come back for our next North Sea vacation.

Great holiday home!

The holiday home is very well-equipped and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen, you will find all electrical appliances needed in daily life, and we did not miss anything in terms of small items like coffee or tea. The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom is very large and modernly furnished. We particularly liked the two terraces, so that nothing stands in the way of a cozy barbecue evening. From the holiday home, there are very beautiful cycling routes to St. Peter Ording and great hiking trails along the dyke. We felt very comfortable during our vacation and can highly recommend the holiday home! The handling with Mr. Borchers was also absolutely friendly and smooth!

This is how one wishes holiday homes to be in the Eifel region.

In the house, everything you need for a vacation is truly plentiful. Modern large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen corner, cozy rooms - and 3 of them, so that children can also be accommodated separately if necessary ;-). The furnishings are modern and tasteful, making rainy days bearable. The location directly on the dike is ideal for hiking, cycling, and excursions, and it is completely quiet. Only if you're looking for a beach, you probably have to make the trip to St. Peter-Ording.
The electric heating is sufficiently sized, and the power consumption is limited if you pay attention. Thankfully, the electricity from the solar cells on the roof initially goes to the house consumption without being billed. You directly benefit from the energy transition.
The landlords are very nice and helpful.
Conclusion: highly recommended!

Best holiday home ever!!!

We, as a family of 5 (kids aged 19, 16, 11), wanted to vacation at the North Sea again. There was no other house for us, as we had already booked with Mr. Borchers in 2014 and were completely satisfied. Everything is well maintained and taken care of here. In the holiday home behind the dike, you arrive and have vacation and relaxation from the first moment. Nothing is missing! The landlords, with whom we had an excellent contact, take care exemplary, especially in this 'Corona' time one feels very well looked after here. The Gründeich with a bathing spot is in close proximity and not crowded. The location is perfect for excursions in the area (e.g. St. SPO, Heide, Büsum). In bad weather, a cozy fire in the new soapstone stove is the best choice. TOP!

The equipment of the house was outstanding, nothing was missing, and it was lovingly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped with both electronic devices and basic groceries (spices, oil, flour, coffee, tea, etc.). The fireplace was cozy for cool nights, sauna and corner bathtub complemented the whole thing. The two terraces allow you to always make use of the sun, whether on the loungers or at the wind-protected table. The bedrooms were equipped with good mattresses and sufficient storage space. Due to the large property, there is a lot of privacy, even though the other holiday homes are in sight. We were there as a family with teenagers and young adults and felt very comfortable. The handling with Mr. Borchers went smoothly and friendly despite the Corona regulations. Would love to come back again!

Auszeit für fünf Mädels

We arrived with 5 girls and had super relaxed days. The holiday home is located in a very quiet area and is super equipped. Since we only spent 4 days there and did a lot of hiking, we could not use the beautifully landscaped property with barbecue and terrace, but we did use the sauna and fireplace. DVDs, board games, great information about the area, everything was available. The communication with the landlords was very nice, personal, and uncomplicated. Simply everything great! Thank you!

Top holiday home

In this holiday home you really find everything you need for a perfect holiday. The equipment is top! The location is top! We were there with three generations and had a lot of fun. The large lawn at the house is perfect for playing badminton or frisbee after the excursions. The folder with information from the landlord was very helpful for us when choosing excursions. We will be happy to come back!

House on the dyke

We from the east coast wanted to make our grandchildren (8+10) simply only times the tides (Ebbe+Flut) vividly.That from it a holiday of the extra class becomes, we would not have expected so.This holiday house was an absolute main winner.Directly at the dyke convenient it offers the ideal starting point for close trips by foot or with the available wheels.Also west coast well-known cities like e.g. Heide, Tönning, St-Peter-Ording and Büsum lie in proximity and reach fast.The holiday house convinces by its homely atmosphere.Even if one forgot in the zeal of departure something.Heide,Tönning,St-Peter-Ording and Büsum are nearby and can be reached quickly.The holiday home itself convinces with its homely atmosphere.Even if you forgot something in the heat of departure,don't worry,it is available in the house.Furthermore,the communication with the landlord Mr Borchers was very friendly and obliging.We will gladly use this house again for our holiday.

Relaxed by the dyke

Perceived 100 meters to the dyke and the sea/mudflats. Quiet and relaxed environment with many destinations for sports, culture, gastronomy, and active pursuits (e.g., excursions for bird watching in the Katinger Watt). Shopping in the neighboring town of Wesselburen with well-stocked stores. The house is in very good condition and superbly equipped and cozy. A terrace each for morning and evening sun. Sauna and fireplace for cool evenings. A nice landlord who promptly answers questions via Whatsapp. Thanks again.

Erholungszeit pur

The Borchers family's holiday home left nothing to be desired. Above all, one did not feel like sitting on top of the neighbor. Otherwise, as almost everywhere at this time of year, it was totally dead. But when you drove to Büsum, the world looked completely different. So, if you want to have a relaxing holiday, this is the right place.

Great relaxing family vacation

We had a great, relaxing family holiday in this superbly equipped holiday home. Many thanks again to the landlord Mr. Borchers. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. Everything you need is there! Even the little ones (4 + 6) had fun in the directly adjacent playground. The holiday home settlement is very quiet and there is very little traffic in the entire settlement, which the little ones particularly liked when cycling. Everything is quickly accessible by car. There are numerous leisure activities in the area. I can highly recommend the vacation home and would be happy to come back myself. Best regards from Sonthofen in the Upper Allgäu.

Pure relaxation!

Hello there,

I have been traveling to Dithmarschen for years, both in winter/spring and in summer, and I have to say that the new holiday home settlement in "Danish style" greatly enriches the West Coast of Schleswig-Holstein. There is no longer a need to travel to Denmark!

This "holiday home behind the dike" is well-equipped, so you only need to buy food and drinks.

Contact with the landlord is excellent, and the handling/organization is professional. Therefore, we give 5 stars for each criterion.

Sehr schönes Haus

We spent a nice week here, unfortunately with some rain, but we made the best of it. The house had everything we needed. Very quiet location and great for long walks. Shopping facilities in Wesselburen and so on are available. We will gladly come back.

Very nice holiday home - Highly recommend.

We spent a week over Easter in this lovely holiday home as a family (2 adults + 2 children). Great location right behind the dyke, quiet and relaxing. Very nicely furnished, everything available. Plenty of linen provided. Beautiful sauna and relaxation by the fireplace included. We will definitely come back!

More than satisfied!

We were welcomed very friendly in the house! The house was very well maintained and in top condition. It is equipped with a lot of attention to detail, very tasteful and practical! The private sauna in the house was our daily highlight! The wood stove added the final touch of coziness to the house.

We felt more than comfortable with two adults and three children (adolescents) aged 12 to 15 and would have liked to stay longer! The laundry package was also very generous and saved us an extra suitcase!

free time activities: Vielfälltige Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren und Schiffsausflüge.Da es weit ab der Hauptverkehrsstrassen liegt, haben die Kinder die Gegend gerne mit ihren Inliner erkundet!

Wenn man etwas mehr Trubel bevorzugt ist man nach kurzer Fahrt in St Peter, Büsum, Heide, Tönning und Husum.

shopping facilities: Mobilität ist vor Ort sinnvoll! In wenigen Kilometern kann man Supermärkte, Bäcker, Resteraunts.....erreichen.
