There is a huge amount of overdue maintenance. The house was freezing cold when we arrived and I think we spent 200 euros on heating the first day. Our contact person is certainly not the friendliest.
It is a good thing that there are activities such as a swimming pool, pool table, table tennis table etc. otherwise we would have been gone a long time ago.

Since 2008, we have been travelling every year in a large group for around 4 days to a rented holiday apartment/villa.
In a cost-benefit comparison, this accommodation comes out by far the worst.
Points of criticism:
• Run-down and outdated property with a considerable backlog of maintenance.
• The furnishings in the bedrooms are catastrophic. Broken cupboards, battered furniture, saggy mattresses and unhygienic (large urine stains). At least there is hot water.
• The kitchen is equipped with the bare essentials, but there is a greasy layer on all the kitchen furniture. The oven does not get hot enough, the dishwasher washes more or less well, there are not enough glasses for 14 people.
• The garden area is unkempt and the two boules courts are rotten or unplayable.
• Sauna doesn't get properly hot and there is no shower option in the wellness area/swimming pool (faulty design)
• Additional costs for the property are listed transparently in the offer, but the cost of the oil for heating the pool for 4 days (no use) was not foreseeable at over €300. Additional costs for 4 days were almost €600.
Plus points:
• Large extra fridge for drinks bottles.
• Sufficient parking spaces in front of the door of the property.
• Indoor sports area such as table tennis table, dart machine and air hockey are available and good.

We have had a nice week all in all. Upon arrival everything was still dirty, everything was full of flies, the spaghetti sauce was still in the jars and against the kitchen cupboard. The curtains in the bedrooms were almost all loose. The house is really outdated the settlement costs are very high! The jacuzzi and sauna are also old and not working properly. For this price you expect that at least everything is in order! Lucky that the environment is great.

The photos show beautiful patio furniture, now there were weathered picnic tables. Bedrooms were also not luxurious, sanitary facilities were sometimes outdated, toilet seat loose and crooked, toilet bowl leak, bedroom curtains often hung on only a few rings and could not closed. Beds sagged. Despite the disappointment, we as a family made it a nice weekend, the cinema was great, the other games also functioned well. Very much enjoyed the accommodation with a group of friends. Exactly as you would expect to see from the photos. Owner had prepared two casks of Stella Artois, ideal. Only pity was that the wifi did not make it to the cinema so we could not use our chromecast, little thing, there was plenty of other entertainment. Gas, water and electricity cost about €500 for a long weekend.

We have been going on holiday with a number of families during the autumn holidays for several years. This house was really one of the better ones we have had over the years. Especially because the combination of small children and large children is not a problem here. The soundproofing in the house is good + the entertainment area is NOT covered by the sleeping quarters. Ideal if the little kids have to sleep in the afternoon and the teenagers absolutely want to play billiards. For the teenagers, the cinema present was the highlight! They spent several hours here. We found a few minor issues: something is wrong with the electricity. After inserting 2 gourmet sets, all electricity went out. In 1 couple everything stayed on. We couldn't get the fitness equipment to work. There was no manual and the seating area of 2 devices could not be moved. The jacuzzi was not working properly.

Everything was there to make it a great week, even with the bad weather. We are sorry that the fitness equipment is not functioning. Please note that with the final bill you will be charged for electricity, fuel oil and water ... also the number of garbage bags and coffee pads used are charged ... in the end you still have to pay around € 600 for that utility, which is quite high. But all in all I cannot complain and all my guests had a very pleasant holiday in the most beautiful region of the Ardennes.

The git’anne is ideal for a stay in the Hautes Fagnes. What a joy to dive in the pool and in the jacuzzi after a good hike. Also ideal with teenagers for the cinema room and games. Francoise, who greeted us with a big smile, is super responsive if there is the slightest problem. She gave us lots of walking advice. We highly recommend.

Family stay at the end of August at Git’anne. We were made to feel welcome on our arrival. The cottage is spacious, the pool sauna jacuzzi area is very good. The games room is well equipped unfortunately the fitness equipment is old and most don't work at all. Several light bulbs no longer worked. The cinema room is fun. The living space lacks a cozy lounge area (this one is in a separate room near the pool, quite impersonal, and we have never been there) the kitchen is well equipped except for the wine glasses : there were only 5 or 6, some, microscopic .. we had to buy some, the vacuum cleaner works very badly.:. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, but there is virtually no storage for clothes. The cottage is well located for walks but it is by the side of a busy road, the rooms in front are therefore noisy (could not sleep with the windows open)

We have been going on holiday with a number of families during the autumn holidays for several years. This house was really one of the better ones we have had over the years. Especially because the combination of small children and large children is not a problem here. The soundproofing in the house is good + the entertainment area is NOT covered by the sleeping quarters. Ideal if the little kids have to sleep in the afternoon and the teenagers absolutely want to play billiards. For the teenagers, the cinema present was the highlight! They spent several hours here. We found a few minor issues: something is wrong with the electricity. After inserting 2 gourmet sets, all electricity went out. In 1 couple everything stayed on. We couldn't get the fitness equipment to work. There was no manual and the seating area of 2 devices could not be moved. The jacuzzi was not working properly.

Everything was there to make it a great week, even with the bad weather. We are sorry that the fitness equipment is not functioning. Family stay at the end of August at Git’anne. We were made to feel welcome on our arrival. The cottage is spacious, the pool sauna jacuzzi area is very good. The games room is well equipped unfortunately the fitness equipment is old and most don't work at all. Several light bulbs no longer worked. The cinema room is fun. The living space lacks a cozy lounge area (this one is in a separate room near the pool, quite impersonal, and we have never been there) the kitchen is well equipped except for the wine glasses : there were only 5 or 6, some, microscopic .. we had to buy some, the vacuum cleaner works very badly.:. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, but there is virtually no storage for clothes. The cottage is well located for walks but it is by the side of a busy road, the rooms in front are therefore noisy (could not sleep with the windows open)

With my (wheelchair bound) father brothers, sister and grandchildren had a wonderful weekend. Just a few boards on the threshold to the pool and we could put my father through the entire ground floor around (except the movie theater). Since 2008, we have been travelling every year in a large group for around 4 days to a rented holiday apartment/villa.
In a cost-benefit comparison, this accommodation comes out by far the worst.
Points of criticism:
• Run-down and outdated property with a considerable backlog of maintenance.
• The furnishings in the bedrooms are catastrophic. Broken cupboards, battered furniture, saggy mattresses and unhygienic (large urine stains). At least there is hot water.
• The kitchen is equipped with the bare essentials, but there is a greasy layer on all the kitchen furniture. The oven does not get hot enough, the dishwasher washes more or less well, there are not enough glasses for 14 people.
• The garden area is unkempt and the two boules courts are rotten or unplayable.
• Sauna doesn't get properly hot and there is no shower option in the wellness area/swimming pool (faulty design)
• Additional costs for the property are listed transparently in the offer, but the cost of the oil for heating the pool for 4 days (no use) was not foreseeable at over €300. Additional costs for 4 days were almost €600.
Plus points:
• Large extra fridge for drinks bottles.
• Sufficient parking spaces in front of the door of the property.
• Indoor sports area such as table tennis table, dart machine and air hockey are available and good.

Pool, sauna, billiards, table football and cinema offer many opportunities for relaxation. Kitchen accessories and also fine. Shame there is no good and cozy seating area in the main living area.

We were 12 people. Due to the bad weather which have much use of swimming pool and other sports facilities. These facilities performed well to our expectation.

We have despite the flaws listed below did our best, there was still a good holiday of total price maken.De commensurate little veel.Kinderen their good amused what is important to us. We have something much cleaning work had by the less good hygiene.

it was a lovely stay and well-equipped house with a fine indeling.wij missed a room where z, n could sit all. we stayed mostly in the bar-kitchen area and there was not a make club chair. which was a shame.

A lovely large house with all the comforts. This allowed us to our family consisting of 4 families a weekend enjoying each other and the opportunities offered by the house. Lovely talking to the pool or sauna suits it is possible in Britain. Unfortunately, there is quite a high versus low price.

We had a great family. The swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi id ບ ls to relax ... The cinema room is a huge plus in the house. Very agr  the garden.

With a large group of friends really enjoyed this house. The many extra "s make this house very interesting. The cinema, bar, hot tub and pool make sure there is not a moment of boredom. This came out really well, because a meter of snow Zorge sure we have not been out of the house .

In bad weather (as was the case with us) enough space and entertainment options to the days creative, sporty and fun to get through. Space galore and definitely worth repeating! Highly recommended for both large and small, young and old.

With my (wheelchair bound) father brothers, sister and grandchildren had a wonderful weekend. Just a few boards on the threshold to the pool and we could put my father through the entire ground floor around (except the movie theater). The grandkids have been delightfully entertained, we had time to get together in peace to speak, in the beautiful surroundings to walk in the jacuzi relaxing or toning, in the garden we have barely been (it rained a lot) but I think good with a large group BBQ.

We were there with a group of 14 people. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather so we could not really make use of the large garden and the terrace. But the house itself there were enough possibilities and premises to sweeten the day there! Only the location on a busy main thoroughfare is for people with mild sleep may be a Problem.Das was taken over pre-cleaned and the contact with the person in charge was very nice. We were instructed in all circumstances. Certainly one could improve one or the other in the house, but that's not really the one responsible nennenswert.Leider spoke no English site. So it was not quite so easy to follow the statements / declarations. For French or Flemish speaking people certainly not a problem. Conclusion: with our group we can well imagine there again to go!

Spacious house with spacious bedrooms each with a bathroom. Many opportunities for relaxation. A great big tuin.Wat we missed was a cozy sitting area in the kitchen to relax.
