06.10.2009. Last weekend we took z "n 11" and the Ardennes in this house geweest.Het is a very cozy and charming house, with plenty of space. In the surroundings you can find very nice walk. Visiting Monschau is recommended, which is about 20 minutes. We were warm and friendly welcome by the owner and his moeder.Ze are very helpful! This house is a must! Charlie Vries, Eindhoven.

Concerns a very nice house, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings. Also very suitable for families with young children. Much leeway in and around the house. We were very pleasantly received. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Dutch and French. As mentioned Belvilla you must take into account the heating costs since it can run properly. We definitely hope to come back again. Beautiful, good maintenance cottage with large garden and very well located. Table tennis, sauna sjotterkas and of good quality, spacious dining room and kitchen. Friendly owners, just pay the local fees, we found a bit of pot torn (65 for heating, 20 for use container 75 for cleaning, etc:? Totaling 45% of the actual rent!). Too bad because otherwise excellent gite.

We really enjoyed this charming house. The bath with bubbles is particularly appreciated, especially by the grandchildren. The setting is beautiful. The garden around the house is very nice. In short, we have very fine gehad.Fam.van the angel.

Very spacious and neat house. Very nice large covered terrace and large garden where you can make a campfire. Owner lives along the complex but you are not bothered by it. Helpful and friendly man. Highly recommended!

A very complete, large, clean house with lots of space inside and out! In a beautiful setting, we have seen and done a lot. In case of bad weather, there are many relaxation options in the house. And a delicious fresh bakery within walking distance in the street. Lake Robertville is nearby, beautiful and well cared for!

When we arrived we were already awaited and we immediately got a tour through the house. Madam was very friendly but unfortunately only spoke French so communicating was sometimes a bit difficult. The accommodation looked good and was spacious, only certain parts were not completely finished. For a weekend there was plenty to do in the area. Spa is a very nice town and Mountainbiken through the Ardennes is definitely recommended.

The cottage is super well equipped. We were very hot despite the snow outside and the general opinion is that the bedding is great! And, to spoil nothing, the owner is an exemplary availability! We will certainly come back and highly recommend it!

Arrival was fine, good explanation of everything, very open reception. House is spacious and well done for large group. Quiet environment baker supermarket butcher and greengrocer in the neighborhood. Parking on site spacious outdoor area.

Kindly received, with a tour of the house and explanation of all devices. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Beautiful surroundings with endless possibilities within a radius of a few km. We were with 11. Sure enough sleeping space, large living room, playroom with pool table and table football. You do not get in each other's way. An additional bathroom and toilet is however desirable.

Practical kitchen, just the coffee maker may be replaced.Grnoeg beds, but only 1 bathroom, but upstairs at the sauna there is also a shower (but with a rather complicated operating system, wss because some of us were not used to a sauna take (with accompanying shower) Large garden, ideal for the grandchildren!

Had a great weekend with 11 teammates! Beautiful accommodation. The owner lives in a smaller area at the big house. But he completely let us go our own way! The owner was waiting for us on arrival, gave a clear tour. The accommodation was beautiful! Everything inside was as good as new. Good beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Great garden with perfect bbq and fire basket with sufficient wood! Great location that I would recommend to everyone!

House looks neat and spacious. Owner also lives in part of house, but separated from the rest. Owner went (in French) to explain all buttons of all devices. Well meant but too much of a good thing. Canopy outdoors unlit, except for three large halogen lamps in the courtyard.

We have been here in April 2017 with 13 friends late twenties. The owner was nice and cooperative, was nothing like what other experiences outlined here. Cool house for our group, the ping pong table was a nice addition. Location wise you just have to drive for you come across something worth mentioning. I advise it!

Beautiful house, all the trimmings, most fit to do both natural and cultural excursions in the neighborhood. The owner was very friendly throughout the week, but when we left the house he was less satisfied. He noted just subtly that the egg rack (which was already devastated before arrival) was destroyed by us, he should wash the bed sheets (which almost always need to be washed!) And he would have to incur additional cleaning! Then he threw only 230 of the 600 euro deposit back! So take photo 's when you arrive so that the owner can not take advantage!

After years with the mountain of friends in Houffalize to have been we have chosen this year for the first time to enter the Malmedy mountainbiken.Het house was spacious and practical. All of this house is on a main road, you experience back home an oasis of calm with a beautiful view over the hills. Delicious was the ability to s "late to sit under the Veranda. Also it was very nice that all the bikes could be parked in a large area. The area is ideal for mountain biking a long weekend. Many beautiful and varied routes lie had a short distance from the huisje.Dit house of us probably got a higher rating if there was more attention to cleaning spends. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils was a bit of a muddle and downright dirty, with many encrusted residues and sometimes fat to address. The available bbq was also among the fat and charred meat residues. In addition, the refrigerator was not exactly calculated on a group of 13 people. We do want to congratulate the French-speaking owner, although he does not speak any English , German or Dutch said he was very friendly and helpful. The accompanying persons camper could without more expense

With group of 11 people (adults and children) spent a week in the Domain des bouts de fagnes. Spacious, character location with lots of outdoor space and well-equipped galley weather was changing, so we were depending in part on the interior spaces. It offers plenty of possibilities including table tennis / -voetbal, sauna and spacious woonkamer.Ligging nice country on edge of village, great base for cycling and walking trips, but also to visit charming towns such as Stavelot and day trip to Liege.

Had a lot of fun. Nice and cool in the house and very large. Children could enjoy running around in the mega large garden and the setting was lovely. Swimming in the lake and a walk. Owner manager was also very friendly. Definitely worth repeating.

We have in this house had a very relaxing weekend with a group of friends. It snowed quite making the area even more idyllic aandeed. The spacious sauna was cold with a very pleasant surplus. On the Saturday we visited the nearby Reinhardstein. Not spectacular, but definitely a great getaway. We were lucky that there are thirty inches of snow was lying, and therefore have beautiful winter photo 's to make. Upon arrival, the friendly owner had already turned on the heater, and also the wood tape is created, which we could use. immediately a pleasant evening with gourmet Since the December was, we paid a visit to a sympathetic, wrapped in Christmas spirit, Monschau, which is a must for romantics. The house is old (the oldest building in the village), with creaky bedroom floors and wooden stairs, but that has also its charm. The stables are there at half-ruined, and the owner told us that he's going to redecorate, so be ready by next summer. Even in this cold period, we received only a small bill for heating, in June 2013 and free electricity. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our children and their families.

House is wonderfully large. Enough space for everyone. For children there is a swing, rope ladder and a very large grasweld / pasture where they can roam. A very nice location. The house is in real life even more beautiful as the pictures. Spacious bedrooms, beds snuggle up (!), Nice clean bathroom. sauna there. The house is fine, was clean when we arrived. We only have 1 flaw, the owner has a dog and lets it do its business in the garden. We asked if he couldn't walk the dog somewhere else or at the end of the garden, but he didn't, we just had to clean it up with a shovel....
