Very nice location with a beautiful view from the outside terrace. Spacious chalet with all necessary accommodation. Very friendly reception. The car is next to the chalet, but narrow road to the chalet, but these are the Ardennes ..... We are super satisfied and have a great time.

We enjoyed it immensely! The cottage is fully equipped and even the smallest things are thought like napkins, glasses of wipes and waxin lights. Reception was very friendly and welcoming, there were sweets ready for us and even thought of our son. The house is clean and tidy and also equipped with all the conveniences. The location is very nice and therefore you have a great view. A good base for both hiking and car trips.

We had come to rest and walking. And that's what we did pecies. The house is surrounded by hiking and mountain biking area. Very quiet on a wooded hillside. No problems with car "s and crowds. We visited the Monde Sauvage animal park, walked along the river Ninglingspo (recommended!), Admired the waterfall of Coo (we were almost alone there, Covid also has its advantages!), Went to domain LaPogne, and the "men" visited the war museum 44 in La Gleize. We have this cabin booked with last minute discounts. From the Netherlands, the cottage is approaching. Entirely within fine by both the highway and The cottage is situated on a very quiet road on a hill. The road to the cottage along is part of a MTB (mountain bike) Route. Down at the bigger road walk even 2 It is very cute cycling in the area. Walkers can also here a lot from the feet. The cottage is fully equipped, in any case we missed anything. The home eating the dishes in the dishwasher and s "night, the heater can wonderfully warm lighted the cottage. The hostess definitely deserves a nomination in the review., We have experienced rarely someone who so cared for the vacation of her guests. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed with a drink and delicious cheese with it by the friendly hostess. It was a nice surprise after the long journey towards the house. The house itself is very clean and beautiful, we were planning to barbecue and that was quick and easy with the gas barbecue. We went shopping at major supermarkets in a nearby village, 7 km from the house. We were four colleagues, we have bowled at a bowling alley, 5 km from the house. It was quiet and the view was magnificent. We look forward to our next visit to this house!

We received a very good reception by the housewife for the start and beautiful weather too, so that is no longer possible, but outside of that the house is highly recommended, nice that there is so much available of stuff that you dare to forgotten such as sugar, spices, silver paper, toilet way and so much more, there is also enough household goods available, I can not imagine that we lacked anything, slept very well, we had a dark room and woke up nowhere, badger what you need in your holiday, no noisy neighbors or something, had nothing of noise, even the train that runs downstairs you hear little or nothing and it only runs during the day at certain hours. Beautiful walks in the area and one also passes the house, in short, super! In any case, we have a pleasant holiday! For the third time we had booked a midweek in L41. Again, everything was perfectly arranged and agreed upon by Belvilla and the hostess of our holiday address. Receipt on the spot by the lovely hostess was very spontaneous and cozy. The house has everything you need and it is perfectly clean and in order. Perfection and completeness are the keywords for this house that served us in the week around the turn to shelter. Plead not crack in the tile floor no rust spot or dirt edge in the shower. And everything was there, from well supplied spice to cling film, from her hair to Senseo coffee (but there was also a "normal" device), tea candles with lavender scent to walking. For those who like to do nature walks in the area, this is an excellent environment. In addition, the accommodation itself is very well maintained, although a number of trifles could be improved. We have been a long weekend in this house with friends. The house worked fine for our needs. Not very big and luxury, but good for each other. It looks fairly new inside and above the heater was very nice at this time of the year. It is situated on a hill between a few other houses, but there is still a lot of privacy. Le 41 is beautifully situated. Upon arrival you hurry a hotel experience covers up beds, towels laid out, welcome drink (Leffe) and Ardennes cheese in the fridge. Everything is there sufficient crockery and cutlery, utensils, pots and pans sound. The pellet stove is heated the house in no time. Around the house there is peace and quiet., And breathtaking views. An absolute must!

Right in the heart of the Ardennes, just below Liege we stayed in this great house. Super quiet location on a hill with great views. The cottage is well cared for, adequately equipped, including toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, oven and dishwasher. We rented this house for three weeks and we have bored us any time. The first week was hot as 35 degrees, but the house is cool. Then hit it again, it has been raining and the temperature dropped as much as 15 to 20 degrees but with the pellet was not a problem. Very atmospheric, that stove. The cottage is, as everyone suggests, with all amenities. We were especially pleased with the barbecue, picnic table, but above all with the beautiful view and the location on the winding mountain road. For groceries and take the car, there are large supermarkets in Remouchamps. Walking can be wonderful nearby. We enjoyed the peace and privacy. The children, 13 and 10 enjoyed the caves and the environment and in the cottage itself Wifi. Television offer is very limited, mainly French. Met on arrival by a friendly hostess, cottage was heated and well schoon.Goede location. Kitchen was well equipped, extensive cooking was possible, so not every day needs to be consumed outside the door. Walking trails were close and very nice, a must for nature lovers. The stove in the living room was fine, suitable for a winter holiday. With electric heater in the bedroom sitting room heater should not be sufficient. Only gripe is the cold tile floor, slippers are highly recommended.

We have been a midweek break in the cottage. The cottage is really neat and everything you need is provided, from spices to garbage bags and games. The hostess was incredibly nice and early though she asked what time we wanted to arrive at reception and there was a delicious beer with a slice of cheese ready! The location is quite nice, in a quiet village on a mountain top. In the village itself is not much to do so would have errands by car. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails and malt which begin before the cottage, so super. We have another day went to hatch (30min by car), but we expected more. It is located in the cottage a TV with DVD player and it was nice because we have looked at what great movies. A small minus, we found the mattress a little on the hard side so we were awakened by a pressure point at the back (time for a new thicker mattress). We have also had a wonderful time, the house is a great starting point.

Aywaille is a bike ride, but with the car do just fine for shopping and entertainment. House fully equipped, fine stove, comfortable furnishings, and excellent beds. The route was in itself good to drive, however, the GPS sends me through the wrong exit of the "Quarreux". However, this must be the first instead of the second. Motorists must be aware that the road to the house is very narrow and there may be oncoming traffic. That is complicated because it is stylish and there are bends. The roadside is not safe. Very kindly received by the owner of the house and a tour with explanation. Immediately upon seeing the area my heart opened up for this place. In a word: Wonderful! Almost too good to be true. The first time we went on vacation for Christmas and immediately had the whole week of rain on our leg. This was one of the finest holiday we have ever rented. The owner called us a warm welcome. The house was very clean, the stove was burning so it was nice and warm. So you will find that not often. Because of the nice weather, we could even "afternoon sitting on the terrace, we had a wonderful week. We have three days really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. The decor is light and pleasant, everything still looks fairly new. There is much comfort: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, hairdryer, BBQ ... Terrace and garden are also excellent, with lots of sun. Very nice stay in this house. The arrival was well arranged, because we were in the traffic jam we were later than planned. No problem for the owner. Warm welcome, good explanation for the use of the pellet stove (main heating). The cottage is fully equipped, neat and well cleaned. Also equipped with blackout curtains that is certainly nice with children. Beautiful view, it is fairly remote from the villages and has a fairly steep and narrow access road, but this does not cause problems. Because the pellet stove is the main heating, this is less pleasant if you have to burn during the day with very small children, because they can burn themselves to this. We had good weather, so this is not an issue. Walked with the children at the Ninglinspo (highly recommended). We were there early and then it is still very quiet. Also visited the caves of Remouchamps, also nice. Again we were there early so it is still fairly quiet. There is plenty to do in the region with a family, especially for walking. We have the four of us (my parents (70 +), my partner and I) had very good. The location we found lovely, it was nice and clean and well looked after. The cottage has clearly been carefully renovated and made suitable for its purpose. It was good to be and also as uitvals base to the area (hiking, MTB and caves eating). Super So, really enjoyed.

If you are looking for peace then le 41 highly recommended. The house is not very big but it is clean and all the necessities. For a small baby you have to provide yourself a highchair and travel cot. With the stove and the open staircase is also watch out. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful all week and we could enjoy the spring sunshine on the terrace. The large windows offer a stunning view of the surrounding area (including playing squirrels). We were received very kindly by the gastvrouw.Enig minus was the linen. Everything is available but has the smell of cigarette smoke.

Great weekend at the cottage. Warmly received by Pascale with a drink and a tasty cheese. The cottage is situated at 250 m altitude quiet overlooking the Fund Quarreux. House is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron, cotton swabs etc.. Plenty of entertainment in the area, Coo waterfalls, caves of Remouchamps and you can walk all day. Large supermarkets nearby which are open on Sundays. House is very clean and the pellethaard ensures a pleasant warmth. Definitely worth repeating for our family (2 adults and 3 children 11jr, 9JR and 5yr.)

We have here a very nice polite Christmas with lots of snow. Through the snow hit my car fixed and the slope not but this was under expert supervision of the super friendly owners all dissolved (they even carried our luggage transferred into their car and take us to the top driven). The cottage is beautifully situated, quiet and with a nice view. In the immediate vicinity many beautiful walks: to rivers, bridges, hills and vistas abound. In the wider area there are a lot of fun daytrips: Coo Spa, the caves of Remouchamps with the car quickly bereiken.Binnen everything is neat and you'll find everything you need for a successful holiday out of it. Despite the cold period we received the "morning always warm quickly. Highly successful and highly recommended!

What a beautiful house with breathtaking views. Lovely to two (tropical warm) weeks with our baby of seven months in which to stay. Well take itself all baby gear (chair, bed, etc.). The cottage is also fully equipped and very clean and new. Very welcoming and engaging hostess. The only sound besides the birds and the river Ambleve is the train that runs through the valley. Visit to the caves of Remouchamps is definitely worth it and the surrounding invites to long walks (including the Fund Quarreux).

Last weekend a friend and I love sitting in this lovely cottage. On arrival met with the stove with a cheese and a bottle of Leffe. This is the cleanest and most complete house we have ever been in. A complete spice cabinet, candles where we were allowed to use, books, games and a whole collection with To-Do "s in the area. Also, the TV had a HDMI input, so we just from the laptop films could watch on TV. The stove Zorge for good heat, the downside to this was that he constantly had to blow. slippers similar to be recommended on the cold floor. The last gripe is that friend loves not properly fit the 'supergroup in bed (length & gt2 m.) The flange on the end was extended not possible. Also, the blanket was (both 1-person blanket) too short. Or his feet were not under, or his chest was uncovered. This was a pity. Luckily there was an extra blanket in the closet. Short to have had a great weekend! The welcome was very friendly, the house was very tidy and clean and even a welcome drink and snack for us and the kids were ready. During the day very active (canoeing, climbing, hiking in a beautiful area) to enjoy a bite and drink in the house and after eating some company games with the fireplace. Christmas of the first week we are with our young children was a midweek to this great holiday. We were warmly welcomed with a tour of the house, a bottle of Leffe and a delicious cheese. We arrived at the end of the afternoon and immediately there were the homeowners who welcomed us. She gave us a tour of the beautiful house, we got a bottle of leffe with a cheese and the kids orange juice. We received a few tips from her on the trail along the Ninlingspo and Fonds de Quarreux. The 6 km long walk along the Ninlingspo (No. 21) was beautiful, but very touristy. We were sorry that it was so busy on the route especially many families with young children. But despite the hustle and bustle, we have enjoyed this great walk! On the hottest day of the week we walked the 18A route and 18B (total approx. 15 km) and afterwards we searched for / in the water of the Amblève (Fund de Quarreux). Really enjoy blowing! What we personally found a little less in the house were the couch and the beds (especially the pillows). And unfortunately there were also a lot of ants on the kitchen floor during our stay, but that was not to be fun. We have a great time! We also hired mountainbikes for a day (recommended!) At Domaine de Palogne, where we cycled along the river Ourthe to the smallest town in the world, Durbuy. We also visited the caves of Hotton (Remouchamps we had seen 2x) and we went to the safari park Le Monde Sauvage. All in all a very successful week with happy very good weather! We'll be stuck back and hope to go kayaking.

They even had a delicious beer for us put cold! The cottage is situated in a beautiful spot overlooking the surrounding hills. The cottage was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely time in and outside the home. An absolute must and a thick plume for the owner for the hospitality shown!

We were there to hike and there's "evening to enjoy the tranquility. Le 41 is ideally voor.Wij here are very well received by Pascale been. A tour of the house explaining how we had to operate the stove etc and some tips for restaurants and hiking trails nearby and a bottle of Leffe getwee for us. It is a very friendly woman and she is very committed to her guests. Every day sent or that everything was okay! In winter, the floor can be a bit cold but you can wear your best shoes or holding shoes. That's my only complaint) Really great, we'll definitely come back to enjoy the peace and there are masses "s of hiking trails nearby that you can try.

A nice, cozy house in a beautiful setting. The biggest plus of the house was the outside terrace, we have often sat here with a drink and the view from here is also fantastic. Recommended!

We have stayed a weekend with friends in the cottage. On arrival we were met with a snack and drink and the stove, enjoyable binnenkomen.Het house is like new and very clean also the views are splendid. great base for hiking or outdoor activities. Property Owner is very nice, they came to us yourself a little put some butter when we "evening behind did not have enough along genomen.Zeker recommended!

We had a nice weekend! On arrival the pellet stove was burning, the beds were neatly made and there was a nice aperitif in the fridge! The house is very well maintained and well cleaned. It was a contactless transfer, hence we didn't see Mrs. But she was available if something was wrong. It is very quietly located and has a beautiful view of the valley of the Amblève. At night you only hear the soothing murmur of the water. We walked the well-known walk of the Ninglinspo. The departure is 5 minutes by car. We also did a beautiful walk that passes the house. In short, a nice stay!

We were warmly welcomed with leffe beer and cheese. Hostess speaks well Dutch. Good beds. Small kitchen, but adequate for holiday home. Nice bathroom. Heater works simply on pellets and warms up the room well. Outdoor area well, with terrace and piece of grass. Two handy parasols. From 11.00 the sun shines on the terrace. Inside it stays cool, when outside is hot. The access road is steep. The house is just between two hairpins. Good handbrake needed. The Amblevedal is at its narrowest. Nice view of woods across the street. You hear the river, but also the train and the motorway below, but not annoying. Furnishing house is modern and uniform. Carrefour at 5 km, where you can buy everything. Bergbeek Ninglingspo is beautiful but also a challenge climbing 3.5 km up. Nice weather had 20-30 degrees with an afternoon rain.

Beautiful house, practical and fully equipped, is close to beautiful hiking trail, has beautiful forest views .. Is not very cheap but nice and well kept home for us (4 adults) recommended
