What a lovely place to completely relax for a while!

The cottage is nice and spacious for 2 people, the bed is fine, space for your belongings, a desk and dining table are present. The kitchen is equipped with everything (oven/freezer/microwave/mixer), BBQ is freely available for use. There is a nice enclosed terrace where you can sit comfortably in good weather. It is a beautiful quiet spot with a nice view. Heated pool can be booked during your stay, definitely a recommendation! Car is parked on private property. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area; as soon as you walk out of the street, you are already in the forest. The owner of the cottage is very friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp; if there is something and you report it, it is resolved within a day!

The chalet has a 180-degree view of the hills, stunning! It is located on a hiking trail. Very quiet. Nice ambiance, easy to keep warm with the wood stove and/or radiators. We have been here for the second time and were once again amazed by the beauty of the area!

First of all, a beautiful place. An oasis of peace. I have never had so much privacy anywhere as in this chalet. It was very clean upon arrival. You have the option to use a swimming pool. You can sunbathe, barbecue, or do whatever you want in complete privacy. There is 1 double bed (not too hard, not too soft in terms of mattress), a simple kitchenette with everything you need, and both a bath and a shower. We will definitely come back!

The cottage is super romantic and you can walk straight into the forest or down to the Amblève River via the road. One downside in this warm weather was that the seating area around the cottage became very hot and it’s not really intended for you to sit in the owners' garden. That sometimes felt a bit 'confined' (and warm) in the otherwise beautiful location. The cottage itself is very cozy and lovely with all the wood and has everything you need. We had a great time!

We had an amazing time at Vintage Chalet! The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our romantic getaway. We especially loved the terrace - sipping coffee in the morning sun surrounded by nature was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and one night we had a wonderful barbecue dinner. Overall, a peaceful escape with everything we could want!

Enjoyed the pool and sauna. All private and not bothered by other holidaymakers.

Fantastic!!! The cottage is so lovely and cozy, with the fireplace and all the woodwork and glass. Complete in terms of amenities including a silent dishwasher. Since our last visit, the separate shower and the new bed have been added. Sleeps really well. The hostess and host are friendly, cozy and helpful, making you feel even more welcome. The cottage is wonderfully private and beautiful in their huge garden. Brilliant views from every window. The private sauna is a luxury extra. Lots to do, see and nice to walk in the immediate area. Thanks for everything and we will definitely come back!

Great location, quiet location, yet central. Cottage is nicely furnished with a nice terrace. Kitchen is well equipped. Fireplace and barbecue are available and coal and wood is provided. Swimming pool is €10. Very friendly m helpful couple who rented the house live next door. Please note: there is no TV, but I thought that was the charm of staying close to nature. Only downside is that there is no comfortable sofa to spend the evening in, but for a few days I didn't mind.

A perfectly maintained and cleaned accommodation with everything you need to have a perfect stay, The hosts were available, attentive, respectful and very welcoming, We had more wood. that enough for the fire, as well as for the sauna (with a supplement), This one is just magical lodged in the bottom of their small wood, very warm and very subtly arranged, Multiple hikes start from the accommodation as well as a few meters below, It was really a terribly pleasant stay! We had a friendly welcome, the translator Victoria did a great job! The cottage is exactly as in the pictures, everything you need is there. The sauna and pool are a welcome extra (for a fee, but worth it) .The surroundings are lovely, we went for a walk every day, the forest, the water, the small waterfalls, everything was wonderful. It is a perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature and silence.

We were very warmly welcomed by Claire who showed us around in their attractive Chalet. Every detail has been thought of to make it as pleasant as possible for us as a guest. In addition, the view from the location is truly magnificent and my daughter and I had a wonderful holiday here. The landlords Guy and Claire had installed a shower cabin next to the bathtub, at the request of previous guests. In short, they take good care of their guests and are open to questions and wishes that arise. We will gladly come back again!

It is very quiet but it is only 10 minutes drive to Remouchamps / Aywaille where you have shops. The Amblève river is very close. Beautiful area for walks. There is a folder with information about the area in the cottage. The owners had put a cold beer, a block of cheese and mineral water for us on arrival. Very considerate.There was also the possibility to use the pool of the owners against payment. We did not do this.
