This special holiday home in Malmedy Ardennes has 4 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The home comes with an indoor pool making it for a perfect family getaway.
The holiday home is located in a tourist area. Within a radius of 15 km you'll find the High Fens nature reserve, the Signal of Botrange (with its 694 m the highest point in Belgium), Reinhardstein Castle, the lakes of Bütgenbach and Robertville, Malmedy and the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. During the winter there are skiing and cross-country skiing possibilities in Ovifat (3 km).
The holiday home is beautifully decorated. On cold days the modern, two-sided fireplace ensures cosy warmth. Then swim a few laps in the beautiful indoor swimming pool heated at 28°, enjoy a break in the infrared sauna, or play a game of air hockey. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the nearby hills.

The house was fantastically decorated, everything was there and hostess Suzanne showed us around very well. The pool was also beautiful as well as the relaxation area. Several records have been broken on the pinball machine 😉. This house can certainly be booked again in the future. Very satisfied !!!

Completely corresponds to the description. Reception with tulips, a bottle of wine and even a stuffed animal for our granddaughter, absolutely super.

We enjoyed this beautiful house. It is really fully equipped. The pool, games room and sauna were great. The weather was also nice so we also enjoyed the roof terrace.

Simply fantastic! Everything taken care of down to the last detail. Towels / bathrobes / shampoo for everyone in the bathrooms, towels at the pool. Even the coffee is ready. A big 10!

A beautiful, quiet house with a lovely swimming pool. Only point for improvement would be to hang some more blinds / curtains. In the area you can go hiking or cycling on a mountain bike.

nice show house, very nice heated swimming pool, well equipped, sufficient household goods, no curtains in living room / kitchen, so neighbors look in and very poor acoustics, 3 of the 4 bathrooms are super small, 2 of the 4 bedrooms are very small, too small fridge for 8 people, foul smell in the house, mainly in the bathroom, salon only suitable for a maximum of 5 people

Great villa, super clean. The pool was 30 degrees so a wonderful temperature. The kids have fun in the playroom dn the pool while we enjoyed the view and tranquility. We will definitely go back again.

Well received by the owner, accommodation was as described in the booking was and actually looked like this, Negatives we found that it was NOT mentioned that right next to the property was a building project going on, where we still had a doe of it like that they started at 6.30 am, suffer from grinding building blocks and or metal, as the wind to us a lot of dust clouds from the grinding and this project has been running for a few months and will also take a few months

Bad weather, but the house made a lot of good, comfortable and lovely swimming pool. The manager would like to have a call in advance with scheduled arrival time (please state in information). Mrs Nadine also speaks good German (also mention). Unlike reported, information on the home shows that arrival time is between 16:00 and 18:00. Accommodation is excellent. Only little point of attention is the security of the pool / sauna. Door can not be closed, dangerous for small children walking on decked-up swimming pool and not desirable for larger children who can damage the pool / sauna by baldness. Floor shower in sauna is too slippery. Environment is friendly scenic.

The lady handed us the keys on time and gave us a nice tour. The surroundings are lovely and from the terrace you can see that beautiful. The laundry certainly meets all your requirements.
