The holiday was great and we have been back twice in the same place, but not everything seen for small children it might not be so suitable, but for us it's great

We spent a week in this cozy cottage. The beds sleep fine. It is very quiet, no traffic obligations or other tourists who make noise. Also, you have a lot of privacy, the bushes to the garden are. Unfortunately obstruct again the view of the valley (that not all houses), but the garden is so focused that you have long sun during the day. The house is very clean. Well what earwigs crawled regularly around the house, but the house is therefore surrounded by a floral lawn ... as a while is not gemaait. From this house you again soon in the civilized world and you can make beautiful walks. A walk to the lienzerhut is definitely recommended.

The chalet is nicely situated above Lienz. The parking is limited but adequate. The cottage had a dishwasher which was a nice surprise as it was not mentioned in the description. It missed a parasol and information about how and what the chalet was very brief. Better information book in several languages u200bu200bwould be fine addition we was unclear how the final bill could be handled. The chalet is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility because the tile stairs to the chalet was not in good condition

We had a fun holiday but there was a disappointment ... It was mainly about what we found as a place of residence. I will list you all the points we find that it was not ok. We were a little Later than the intention, and repeatedly attempted to reach the landlord several times with several phones to report that we would arrive later. However, we did not get any contact. The Bellvilla emergency number could also be reached but I could not come through the language selection menu. So I did not get a contact after several times. The exact address was very difficult to find and thanks to a little luck we came to the right place. After searching around, we found one of the houses on the door with my name on it. There was the key underneath the mat. However, no trace of landlord- Upon arriving we encountered a huge dirty smell at the front door. After examination, I found a dead hedgehog in the grass, broken by the lawn mower .... - There was a form on the table with the bill for the tourist tax and a paper for the electricity costs on which the meter's initial condition was filled. In itself a great idea, but I have nowhere to discover a meter and so I could not verify that this meter condition was correct. Also, there was no directory of Bellvilla, as I found in previous houses, with information about the household, waste, guestbook and information about surroundings, etc. Further, there was a dirty smell in the house. The living room smelled strongly of smoke. The bathroom to the urine and the bedroom was very stale. The urine pig was found from the bathrobe that we aimed at right away. The toilet was dirty, the glasses and a wrong size for the pot. One of the towel racks was piece. - The rest of the house was very moderately cleaned. - When checking the equipment soon became a lot of error. The only frying pan had a broken stem. It says

Chalet hard to find better, just enter Stronach as location for navigation because with Iselsberg-Stronach will send you too far. Chalet itself is still not available because hamlet build numbering houses in order, ticket there would be better. Double is pretty saggy need replacing,. Further fine.

We have had a very peaceful holiday with lots of privacy and fantastic views. Lovely seated on the terrace and some put on brought bq. From there, made beautiful mountain hikes.

After contacting the house, you can contact the house immediately upon arrival. The house is fully equipped No. 43 had a dishwasher, spacious terrace and bbq. Especially the view of the Dolomites was beautiful.
