This modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, 200 meters from the Nockalmbahn and directly in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area.
The chalet is modernly furnished and has a large living room with SMART TV, seating area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which each have a double and single bed, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, terrace, washing machine and Dryer and a storage room for skis. You can park directly at the chalet.
A wide range of activities await you in the Bad Kleinkirchheim adventure area! Discover the magnificent alpine world of the Carinthian Nockbergen while hiking or biking or relax in one of the two local thermal baths. The well-known ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald is a large ski area directly in the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Park and offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 lifts.
Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Skipark Falkert, which is located at the Heidi Alm mountain resort on Falkert. This ski area is a very family-friendly ski area and offers 12 kilometers of slopes, 3 ski lifts, a snow park and a cross-country ski trail.
The center of Bad Kleinkirchheim offers plenty of shopping opportunities and various restaurants and the renowned spa complex Thermal Römerbad and the St. Kathrein thermal baths are a few minutes' drive from the chalet. Various hiking routes start right outside the door. For the active nature lover, there are wonderful cycling and mountain bike routes and endless hiking opportunities.
In summer, the nearby Carinthian bathing lakes Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See, the outdoor swimming pool in Radenthein or the Brennsee in the family sports village of Feld am See offer lots of swimming fun and a large water sports program and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes.

The house is amazing, very nicely furnished and good location. We enjoyed the skiing and also the chilling time in the beautiful living room by the stove. A few points to improve on the hospitality Finding the place was a bit tricky on the dark and icy road. The contact person did not answer the given mobile numbers for 30 minutes while we were hunting for the key and house in the dark. we lost the key for a morning and the contact person was not helpful. we asked for an extra key, as 8 adults sometimes go different ways and we needed to figure out an urgent solution to be able to lock the door. He mentioned there is no extra key which was unbeliveable.

We had rented the house for two weeks short summer holidays. Hiring and management were very professional, but impersonal, the code for the key safe was transmitted by phone, there was no personal house handover. The location is pretty nice, with views of the old quarry. The grounds of the house such as, parking place, terrace etc. are still in a state of Bauprovisoriums. In particular, access is steep, with no stairs, absolutely unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The house was very clean is fully equipped and matched the description. Thanks to the great weather we spent a very nice holiday.

The house is difficult to access via a style-paved road with pebbles, which makes you quite slippery, including luggage. A staircase, like the other houses, would have been more convenient. In the house there is no folder with descriptions, so you can find everything including the WIFI code. It's a new home, but it's not a microwave, it's a bit old-fashioned. Somewhere you can not eat in the sun in the morning. You can only sit along the side of the house, but it goes quite a bit so you can sit on your chair. The height is too cold to sit outside as there is a difference of about 5 degrees with the valley.

A nice spacious and clean house, sauna is very nice and the 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms make it ideal for a larger group. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 1 even with a 4th cot.
There is 1 tea towel for the week and no hand towel. But because of the washing machine and dryer, this does not have to be a problem.
Close to the slopes and the lift. Direction st oswald very good slopes for advanced skiers. For beginners there is very little and the transition from the blue run to the next is very big.

The accommodation is super tidy and spacious. Sufficient beds etc. There is a lot to do in the area. We bought the Carinthia card. This enabled us to make free use of the different cable cars in the region. Other activities and swimming pools are included in this map. The cottage is very nice, but a piece outside the village, which means that you have to use the car for every message.
