Mountain farm at 1300 m above sea level, 4.5 km above the village of Afritz am See. Dogs are also welcome. Numerous renowned lakes and mountains in the immediate vicinity. Free admission to the lido Afritz!
The mini-apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a combined living/bedroom with bathroom. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed, couch (foldable), dining table and kitchenette. The flat is fully equipped with refrigerator, 4 plate cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, table and bed linen and towels. A washing machine is also freely accessible and can be used at any time, as well as the Wi-Fi network.

Our farm is located in 1300 m Seehhöhe km above the Afritzer. The house is surrounded by meadows and forests, and promises plenty of rest and relaxation. Afritz is located near the middle of Carinthia's Nock. It is a country town with a beautiful lake, which offers plenty of nature and tranquility.

Jeder Zeit wieder !
Familie Stramer ist sehr nett, die mini Wohnung war top ? sauber, alles da an Geräten und Möbel, Bett bequem und alles hundefreundlich.

Holiday with dog
The flat is small but very well equipped and clean. The Stramer family was very nice.
Our dog was also great, we went on great outings with him.
The way to the house is a real adventure if you don't meet mountain roads every day. :)
It was our first time at Almhof Stramer, but we are already planning to spend our next year's holiday there as well.

Prima Ferienwohnung - ideal für zwei Personen
Meine Freundin und ich haben uns die kleine Ferienwohnung gemietet und wir waren rundum zufrieden.
In Kombination mit der Kärnten Card ist diese Wohnung eine super günstige Methode tollen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub zu machen ohne tief in die Tasche greifen zu müssen.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von der voll ausgestatteten Küche und dem tollen Wannenbad. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und Frau Stramer stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cosy mini holiday flat
Room exactly as shown. Super friendly and nice landlords. Our holiday with dog could not have been more relaxed. If you have a well-behaved dog, a leash is not necessary at all. A hiking trail starts directly from the flat. The way to the village is partly adventurous ( if you suffer from fear of heights ;) ) but beautiful. By car 10 minutes. On foot it should take 1 hour, but probably calculated downhill. In the village good shopping facilities and also a bakery with the possibility to eat there.
By car it is easy to get to the Ossiacher See (10 min.) and Wörther See (20 min.) Many hiking possibilities in the immediate surroundings, but you should get good maps, as the paths are partly badly or incomprehensibly signposted. We will definitely go there again for a holiday!

pleasant stay in a relaxing environment
The flat was spacious and had good quality furnishings. A relaxing place with clean air, healthy surroundings and beautiful views. On the first morning we looked down on the cloud cover in the valley from above. An uncomplicated, authentic place from which you can hike the true beauties of nature or make a day trip to neighbouring Slovenia or Italy. Unspectacularly pleasant and recommended precisely for that reason.

Urlaub auf dem Almhof
Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht,der ist hier genau richtig.Man hört Vögel,Hühner und die Bienen summen und die Grillen zirpen....sonst nichts.Es ist der reine Seelenbalsam.Täglich frische Vorzugsmilch und wenn die Hühner mitmachen,frische Eier,sind nach Absprache das Sahnehäubchen aufs Frühstück. Der Blick auf die Alpengipfel ist der Hammer und wenn die Wolken direkt ums Haus ziehen ist man gänzlich im Himmel angekommen. Der Weg dahin stellt aber durchaus eine Herausforderung dar,die man aber meistern kann, aber das Ziel entlohnt vollends.Der Duft des frischen Heus hängt immer noch in der Luft. Zum Baden sollte man den Auflug zum Faaker See nicht scheuen....es lohnt sich mehr als im Afritzer See,aber für eine schnelle Erfrischung ist der auch in Ordnung. So geht Urlaub.

Urische kleine ruhige und gemütliche kleine ferienwohnung
Es war alles bestens lage top , preisleistung top ,zum wandern sehr zu empfehlen und vor allem für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen die Menschen dort sind sehr nett ohne probleme mit den vierbeinern !!!!

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden irgendwann wiederkommen. Es war wunderschön und wir haben ein tolle Woche Genuß-Wander-Urlaub gehabt.
Sogar ein Paar vergessene Schuhe wurden uns nachgeschickt! Ganz lieben Dank nochmals und alles Gute!

Die Mini-Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. An Weihnachten sind wir sogar mit einem großen Plätzchenteller verwöhnt worden. Toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer wandern will, sollte sich gutes Kartenmaterial mitnehmen / besorgen.
