Dream apartment with a dream view! The apartment is really furnished with a lot of love for detail and is also very clean. Everything you need is available, top equipped. We can truly recommend a stay here from the heart.

Beautiful complete apartment with very welcoming owners.

A truly fantastic vacation apartment. Besides the indescribably beautiful view from the balcony, it is especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the Maier family and the excellent amenities of the vacation apartment. There is even a salad spinner available, and the kitchen knives are sharp. The surroundings invite many excursions, and the Maiers have very good tips on what is worth seeing at the moment, just ask. We will definitely go there again.

Beautiful luxury accommodation with fabulous views of Schruns. A place to enjoy.

Truly a unique view, a warm welcome and an apartment fully equipped. That it is on a mountain at 1000 meters you have to pay for it. We may have left terraces and the like for the first time because the private terrace was so fantastic.

Especially the view to the city is beautiful from the apartment! Also friendly host! The apartment is definitely recommended.

Fantastic studio, fully equipped and with lots of space. The modern kitchen also contains more than you need. Wonderfully spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The separation between the balcony and the studio is made entirely of glass, so you have just about the most beautiful view of the city from the kitchen and from the dining table and from the sofa (and therefore also from the balcony). whole Montafon ..... Nice hostess, with a good mix between contact and privacy in our opinion.

A very nice apartment with a beautiful view over the valley and the mountains. Modern equipment and a cozy atmosphere. A steep climb to the house, but it is well worth it.

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

A warm welcome, and a clear explanation of the use of the apartment. A very nice and fully equipped house !!! Because the entire facade is glass from top to bottom, you have a wonderful view of the city of Schruns and beyond the snowy mountains. You can hear a quiet environment, sheep bells and bells.

Very nice hosts with insider knowledge for hikes. Have been coming to the apartment for a number of years and are always enthusiastic.

A super beautiful apartment with a unique view that you won't find anywhere else. The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing, and you feel at home. The hosts are very, very nice and helpful. They gave us good excursion tips and advice for restaurants and places to eat. A great landscape that can be explored well by bike or through hikes. We felt very relaxed and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our holiday with the Maier family.
The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The view phenomenal! It was 2 wonderful weeks

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

As every year, a very warm welcome from the host family. The next thing that catches us is the view from the apartment of the fantastic mountains. All in all just great

4,9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9

Rented this beautiful apartment for the 2nd time. Despite the fact that the weather was not always with us, we had wonderful days. Fabulous mountain views, untouched nature if you like mountain hiking. Everything is present in this luxury apartment and spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful landlord who is proud of his / her self-renovated accommodation. Wake up in the morning to the tinkling of the 40 sheep, ducks and chickens. We will undoubtedly come back again and fully agree with Belvilla's "award winning holiday home 2022". It has been awarded to the Maier family.

We were warmly welcomed and the nice landlords were helpful and gave good tips for things to do. The apartment is great; modern kitchen, high quality and well thought-out equipment and furniture - eg. Praise for the sun blinds and the second seat in front of the entrance, which was wonderful in summer temperatures! And with the great view from the balcony window, even rain is nice! Beautiful walks in the near and far. We are excited and like to come back!

Very nice reception and great apartment. Totally cozy and great room layout. Very great view of Schruns and the mountains opposite. Very warm landlords who always had an open ear as a contact.
