This modern, spacious holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a holiday home in Fiss in Tyrol, just 1 km from the town center and the ski lifts to the Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski area.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has a cozy living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The holiday apartment also offers a terrace and parking is available directly at the house.

Located on a high plateau about 500 meters above the Upper Inn Valley, the Serfaus Fiss Ladis holiday region is a perfect holiday region. The 3 villages are located at the foot of the Samnaun group in the Upper Court and, with over 2000 hours of sunshine per year, are among the sunniest regions in Tyrol.

In winter, the Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski area offers 214 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and 38 modern lifts and facilities, 30 kilometers of cross-country ski trails and a 22-kilometer-long cross-country ski route. In summer, this ski area becomes a hiking and mountain biking area. In winter, the ski bus takes you from your front door directly to the ski area. The heated ski depot right by the lift costs € 4,00 extra per person per day.

In summer, the Super Summer Card is available for a fee including mountain railways, hiking bus, mini-maxi club, Murmli club and much more. Please note that if you would like to use this guest card, you must contact the house owner before your arrival report. He will send you the link to pre-reserve the guest card. From summer 2024, the Super Summer Card costs 6.00 euros per day for adults and 3.00 euros for children.
For the pre-check-in please contact your accommodation one week before arrival!

Last week we enjoyed a lot with our family in this spacious and quiet apartment. The apartment on the ground floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, living room with spacious open kitchen and bathroom with bath and separate shower.

It is located just outside Fiss, but with the ski bus stop less than 100 m away, you are the first to get on and with only 2 stops you will be at the lifts in no time.

WiFi is unfortunately not ok. That shouldn't be so bad in this day and age. For those who do not attach much value to this apartment, this apartment is highly recommended!

Conveniently located, near the village of Fiss. Distance is good to walk and there is a ski bus. Apartment is spacious. Is quiet. Unfortunately the wifi is very bad. App was very clean and plenty of everything available. Oven was broken and also not made. Was unfortunate. And the pillows were way too soft.

Beautiful modern apartment with a practical layout and ideal dimensions for a stay with 4 people. We appreciate it if an apartment has a comfortable sitting area in addition to a dining area! Spacious bathroom with toilet, comfortable shower cubicle and a bath. Everything was very neat and clean. The friendly owner lives above, who also provides bread service. We were on the bottom floor. The advantage of this is that you do not have to climb stairs. Only drawback is that there is no outside seating space. We were allowed to use the terrace of the owner on the first floor. The Super.Sommer.Card that you get with your stay (with which you can use all cable cars in Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis and the hiking bus for free) is very nice. One point of criticism: we found the cleaning costs of 140 euros disproportionate, because the apartment is not very large.
