Dear Currently on holiday. Very well located, close to ski bus and ski lift. It is a pity that wifi barely works. MUCH TOO LITTLE HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 2 showers, the rest can wash with cold water. Cooking stove does not work properly.

After 20 years of experience at various accommodations during our winter sports stay in Brixen, this one was the most expensive, but unfortunately the least. An impersonal reception, virtually no text and explanation about the accommodation. Basically good furnishings, almost entirely IKEA. Crockery and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. No chair or table in bedrooms to put anything on. Not everything was equally clean (not even in proportion to hefty cleaning costs). Hassle about parking lots. Although we unfortunately were 4 fewer people (5 instead of 9) we were unable to take a proper shower with warm water 2 days after a ski day. All this has never happened to us in Brixen in all these years.

Large apartment with good facilities. Unfortunately also with some weaknesses. So you can't sleep with the windows open because the street in front of the house is too loud. In addition, the curtains are translucent. We also bothered that the light in the hallway is switched by motion sensors. We got covered. We can recommend the Reitlwirt and the Loipenstube in the village. Beautiful hikes are possible in all directions.

Key safe is nice when you are with several people, everyone can do what he wants, and you do not have to hassle with keys. Surroundings are beautiful, and we have taken a pass for the mountain railways. And there are more than enough of them in the area that also run in the summer.

We were greeted and briefed in a very friendly manner. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Large dining table with enough space. The balcony furniture and the two three-seater sofas in front of the TV are not sufficient if all 10 beds are occupied. What we didn't like at all: Most mattresses have a black rubber cover. It's extremely uncomfortable. You sweat heavily on it and feel like you're in a hospital or a nursing home. There has to be another way of keeping beds hygienic in a vacation rental. We did not like the intermediate sheets, sheets and bed linen either. They were worn out, had pilling. They smelled freshly washed, however. That was a plus. Luckily we had brought our own fitted sheets and pillows. Otherwise we would not have felt comfortable. Two of the three bedrooms go directly to the street or to the side at ground level. That is not pleasant if you want to open the windows wide at night. The two bathrooms are neat and modern, and the floor-level showers are pleasant to use. 3 toilets are a plus for full occupancy. It would be nice to have a bath rug when you come out of the shower so that everything is not completely wet. There are washable bathroom rugs that could be used. The location of the house at the entrance to the village is good and quiet. There are 2 parking spaces for the apartment. Next door is a sports hotel with tennis courts, from which there is no noise. During the day you can hear the clack-clack of tennis balls. You can also hear the splashing of the small fountain in the hotel garden. It's very relaxing. Overall, it's very quiet. The place Brixen and the surrounding area are beautiful. There is a lot that can be done so that it never gets boring. Good shopping in several small supermarkets in Bressanone. Good value for money when eating in the village.

Had a very nice holiday in the beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment. The gondola is 5 minutes with the ski bus that stops nearby the house. If too many people in the building take a shower at the same time, there is not enough hot water available, but this is completely inadequate to all the positive features of the house and the environment.

House is very well situated and newly furnished. But there are some cons..Showers has no glass doors and water is splashing everywhere while showering. Anyway, there is solution of rubber broom in each shower to clean after yourself. Apartment has no electric or any other towel heater, so almost no chance to dry your towels, skiing gloves or socks after the skiing. The only way is to drop them down on the heating floor ) The floor in one of the bedrooms wasn't heating at all, hopefully the days outside were very beautiful and sunny, so we didn't have any problems with that. On arrival the fridge didn't work, but thankfully, the landlord brought a small fridge to fix the situation. It helped a little bit, but not too much. On the other hand, apartment is modern looking and has everything you might need. So if the owner will fix these small problems, apartment is much better rated.

We were 2 families the first users. A beautiful new property which is indeed suitable for 8 to 10 people. Fresh, modern and furnished with light wood character. Good reception by Hans de Groot, and later a good service at a few teething problems in electricity field. With all the technical adjustments with snowmaking is now himself the lower Brixen snow sure! Wonderful slopes, authentic hangouts and welcoming hospitality. We will be back.
