This spacious holiday apartment for a maximum of 16 people is located in a holiday home on the edge of the town of Hopfgarten im Brixental, in close proximity to the ski lift of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area. This holiday home is ideal for a larger group or several families.
The holiday apartment covers the entire 1st and 2nd floor and has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, 2 well-equipped kitchen-living rooms (one of which is a luxury kitchen-living room with a dining table), 7 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms and a balcony. You can park directly at the holiday home.
Hopfgarten in the Brixental with the impressive panoramic Hohe Salve mountain is one of the sunniest communities in the Kitzbühel Alps and offers a number of hiking and cycling trails as well as excursion destinations in the varied Tyrolean mountains. The Hohe Salve panoramic mountain is connected to the Wilder Kaiser mountaineering and winter sports paradise.
In Hopfgarten im Brixental there is the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area with 90 lifts, over 70 huts, several fun parks, ski movie routes and, together with the adjacent KitzSki ski area, offers a total of over 500 kilometers of slopes.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

We were kindly received and a small guided tour. The ski slope is an 8-minute walk from the house. For the rest a great house it is clean and fresh.

For 18 people, the net can be with not too old children. To eat together at a table was difficult and actually not possible. We had three tables in the kitchen joined together and put chairs there.

On arrival we were immediately welcomed by the owner and she showed us the house so synonymous. The house is suitable for groups and there are also plenty of opportunities to get out of the way if you want to have some peace. To the lift we needed to walk about 8 minutes. On the way to the lift you go straight through the place and can already get a small overview. We were completely satisfied and had our fun!

We were received very warmly. Since all arrived early on Saturday, we first called or we could get. At 10 o'clock "in the morning there was a room clean. We were able to drop our gear and us change clothes so we could go straight skiing !! The house is fine. The kitchen is just what small if you're with a group of 16 people in 1 x want to eat, but with some finicky managed net.Het house is fine. About 10 minutes walk from the lift, where you can store skis and boots in the ski storage room. Are they s "morning warm and droog.Kortom grandma Wetti is a fine house to celebrate ski holiday

Great house for several families that allow normal requirements for a stay of a week for a nice ski vakantie.keukentjes although not large kitchen and one should really be called a kitchen, is beperkt.Slaapvertrekken previously were fine house was neat and well maintained . Reception for the daughter of Grandma Wetti some very cordial, very lovely people who were really grateful that we had gekozen.Samengevat for their Grandma Wetti, a perfect price-performance combination for a perfect winter holiday in one of the finest ski areas in Austria.

We were 18 people in this house, in a nice location close to the center of Hopfgarten. Given the size of the kitchen where we also ate 16 people max. For this home. Furthermore, a very friendly welcome from the keyholder. Beautiful surroundings and a very quiet location. Lifts approximately 1 km walk or car you can park in a free car park.

Great house where we stayed with 5 families for a week. The cottage is on a slight slope. Behind the house is also a slope where we have slept nicely with the little kids. You can walk to the village and to the ski lift, with ski boots and skis this is a bit too far. The practice area for the small children is in the village so nice for looking (grand) parents. The cottage has several floors and two Large enough for our party and if you just wanted to be alone for a moment, that was fine. The beds look great and are lovely. Wonderful duvets! We found Hopfgarten a great ski area and had a nice week here.

This house is for max. 18 people to be equipped. This would be a downright disgrace. We had a tour group of 11 people. (9 male, 2 female.) And this was very borderline for accommodation. The kitchens are not designed for such a number of people. No lounge for those persons present. The living room is too small for that. Some bedrooms have 3 beds but no room for a closet. The sanitary facilities are clean but totally inadequate. 2 toilets and 2 showers are totally unacceptable, especially as a toilet and shower can only be used together. The landlady is very nice and helpful.

Great house for several families that allow normal requirements for a stay of a week for a nice ski vakantie.keukentjes although not large kitchen and one should really be called a kitchen, is beperkt.Slaapvertrekken previously were fine house was neat and well maintained . Reception for the daughter of Grandma Wetti some very cordial, very lovely people who were really grateful that we had gekozen.Samengevat for their Grandma Wetti, a perfect price-performance combination for a perfect winter holiday in one of the finest ski areas in Austria.

We were received very warmly. Since all arrived early on Saturday, we first called or we could get. At 10 o'clock "in the morning there was a room clean. We were able to drop our gear and us change clothes so we could go straight skiing !! The house is fine. The kitchen is just what small if you're with a group of 16 people in 1 x want to eat, but with some finicky managed net.Het house is fine. We were 18 people in this house, in a nice location close to the center of Hopfgarten. Given the size of the kitchen where we also ate 16 people max. For this home. Furthermore, a very friendly welcome from the keyholder. Beautiful surroundings and a very quiet location. Lifts approximately 1 km walk or car you can park in a free car park.

We were with 3 families (a total of 16 people) in Oma Wetti's house and had a very nice time. Everything is as seen in the photos. You can put a second table in the larger kitchen so we could all eat together. You can walk to the ski lift in 8 minutes, we had our skis in the depot there, so the little walk in normal shoes was no problem at all for all the children! The communication with our contact person from the house was uncomplicated, possible at any time and extremely nice!

On arrival we were immediately welcomed by the owner and she showed us the house so synonymous. The house is suitable for groups and there are also plenty of opportunities to get out of the way if you want to have some peace. To the lift we needed to walk about 8 minutes. On the way to the lift you go straight through the place and can already get a small overview. We were completely satisfied and had our fun!

We liked it. The landlady is really very nice and can be reached at any time with questions or problems. The apartment extends over 2 floors. on the 1st floor 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, shared shower and separate toilet. washbasin in the room. 2 rooms and kitchen with access to the balcony. On the 2nd floor kitchen, large, comfortable living room/lounge with TV, toilet and bathroom with bathtub, 3 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a very small bedroom without heating, wardrobe in the hallway, only tilting windows. We assume this used to be a closet. But it was o.k. for us, because we didn’t stay in the rooms that much anyway and it was o.k. for sleeping. The house and the furnishing of the rooms are a bit old, but that didn't bother us, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was ideal for us, since bedrooms with 4-5 beds are not so popular in our group. The location is great, it's only a 10-minute walk to the Hopfgarten gondola/Wilder Kaiser ski area, and you can park for free in the multi-storey car park by the lift. There are a few nice rest stops in town and there are plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity. We had booked the accommodation as a "holiday home", but the daughter lives with her family on the ground floor. Since the "main kitchen" and lounge are on the 2nd floor, you don't bother anyone if you sit longer in the evening. So it was ok for us.

Great house where we stayed with 5 families for a week. The cottage is on a slight slope. Behind the house is also a slope where we have slept nicely with the little kids. You can walk to the village and to the ski lift, with ski boots and skis this is a bit too far. The practice area for the small children is in the village so nice for looking (grand) parents. The cottage has several floors and two Large enough for our party and if you just wanted to be alone for a moment, that was fine. The beds look great and are lovely. Wonderful duvets! We found Hopfgarten a great ski area and had a nice week here.
