The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the quiet location near Scheffau, which allowed for peaceful evenings after a day on the slopes. The owner was friendly and always ready to help. It was nice to have a separate entrance, which gave us a sense of privacy. A good choice for a ski getaway, but don't expect anything too extravagant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosemarie House! The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us: enjoying breakfast with a breathtaking view of the mountains was simply delightful. The spacious living room was perfect for our family, and the kids loved having their cozy rooms. Moreover, the homemade cakes from the restaurant downstairs were a real treat! It's a bit far from the chairlift, but we found the perfect local conveyor belt for beginners. Overall, a nice experience!

We really had fun during our stay at the Rosemarie House! The apartment was super clean and had all the comforts we needed. I enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful view while having breakfast outdoors. The location is perfect for skiing, just a few steps from the ski lift. The owner was really nice and also had delicious homemade cakes in his restaurant downstairs. I will definitely return, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow for my taste. Overall, a nice experience!

A beautiful retreat near the ski resort Wilder Kaiser, the views from the rooftop terrace are breathtaking! It was also great to have a restaurant on the ground floor, especially for nighttime cravings for cake.

The Rosemarie House exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and has an idyllic charm. We especially loved the separate toilet in addition to the large bathroom, which made it ideal for our group. We would definitely come back!

The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. Housekeeping poor. If you have to pay 60 euros cleaning and find the toenail clippings of other guests under your bed, in our view, is that nasty. what us down was eg the kitchen stuff, which really several things were missing or broken. In the bedroom thin curtains that were too small for the windows, so you woke up early in the morning. In short, not what you expect from a Belvilla.

Lovely time. The weather was not quite perfect, but it was not a game breaker for our active holidays .. Our upstairs was okay, too bad the beds (conversion) were very moderate. Could a small effort to improve this clear. Room house was certainly adequate.

Apartment is comfortable and very spacious. Especially when you're with 4 people. You can hang out or socialize nice couch playing a game at the dining table. There is a nearby ski bus to the door but by car it is fine to do. Hostess Rose Marie is very welcoming and quite nice. You can book her for an evening of grilling and fondue. Her cakes are delicious and she has more than 40 kinds of sundaes. Truly a must to try. Fresh bread rolls can be ordered at the bottom of Scheffau at the bakery every morning and then be delivered to Rose Marie. You can also go to the fuel pump drive and buy it fresh kaiser rolls. The steep slope and then walk the 10 minutes walk to the center of Scheffau. For groceries at the Spar in Scheffau. Big messages in Wörgl (Lidl / Billa) Location of apartment is central to the overall ski. You could go either way Awesome!! Free wifi. Interior design is not quite great, but the price quality ratio is good rock. Highly recommended!!

terms of sleeping accommodations for six people cramped, the bed collapsed into each other, luckily we had an air mattress with it.
