In the romantic XXL farmhouse with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser, you can forget everyday life. You live on the outskirts between Söll and Scheffau, just a few kilometers from the Kufstein-Kiefersfelden border (703 meters above sea level). With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two guest toilets, there is enough privacy for up to twelve people. An ideal holiday home, for example, for a sociable group of hikers. With lots of practical utensils, the kitchen is made for an evening of cooking together. Or prepare a cozy barbecue in the garden. Children also feel good all around. Because your holiday home includes a large piece of land with a playground and play equipment: a great place to linger and relax. The house is close to the road that leads directly to Ellmau. There you can look forward to numerous attractions, such as Ellmi's magic world, the Hexenwasser Söll, the Wörgler Wasserwelten adventure pool, the Kaiserbad, the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course and the 9-hole short course Kaisergolf. Activities nearby: Relaxation in the fresh air is clearly the focus of this holiday.In the sunny valley between the Wilder Kaiser and Hoher Salve you can hike and cycle to your heart's content.There are also special offers for children, such as the "KiKo Söll" children's granary the valley station.The Ahornsee, which is up to eleven meters deep, is a popular bathing lake in summer, and in winter it supplies the raw material for the snowmaking system in Hochsöll.The region is also known from the TV series "Der Bergdoktor" - so there are many film locations in the area Once a year, fans even have the opportunity to get to know the idols from the series directly (participation only possible with Wilder Kaiser GuestCard. )

Nice spacious house, clean and as described. Close to the center of Söll (a few minutes by car). Had wonderful days.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was absolutely not OK, location directly on a busy main road - can be annoying if you sit outside in summer,

The house could be cleaned thoroughly or at least cleaning supplies should be available and broken items replaced
At least the beds were clean uuuffff
You don't see the landlord
It's a shame to go to this house once and never again because it has potential
P.s If you are traveling with dogs then be careful in the morning, we often had a pile of cat shit on the carpet in front of the door

Never book with TUI again, the house has its best days behind it, the location on the busy thoroughfare robs you of your sleep, but the worst thing is that at the end of the holiday you are ripped off and the deposit is not returned, after I'm still waiting for a refund for almost 3 months now, so keep your hands off this property
