Would tell anyone passing through to stop here if they want space for ten people without feeling cramped. The private terrace and BBQ were great for our evenings together. The location provided easy access to nearby nature paths where we enjoyed peaceful walks close by.

Getting by alone was easy with stores just a few kilometers away. It felt nice to have everything nearby without always needing a car.

Great house and good location for activities in the Inntal and Brixental and the Kaiser Mountains. Super clean and super friendly. Lots of space even for large families. Gladly again. Price performance very nice.

Family ski holiday for four nights: We appreciated the generous space with four bedrooms, everyone could retreat. It was especially nice to drink coffee on the terrace and enjoy the mountain view. The heating made the rooms pleasantly warm after cold days.

The house was lovely. However, it was a bit annoying that the two floors were not connected and you always had to go out to get down. And unfortunately it was very damp down there. But the on-site support was great and the area is just great.

Arrived late in the evening, the chalet was warm and ready for occupancy. The kitchen setup saved time and money. Shops were nearby, while it was peacefully located in the forest. Good value for money for a group stay close to skiing.

The chalet did not meet our expectations. The price / quality was not right! There was no decent wifi, there was only 1 shower with a minimal trickle of water instead of 2 as stated in the folder and the drain in the kitchen was regularly clogged. For more than € 3200 per week you expect decent wifi and 2 well-functioning showers, because that's what you look for and pay for. Never again this location for us!

The place was not clean. We had to wash all the dishes before using them. The dishwasher was not working properly and also the freezer and caffè maker. No room for ski boots and ski equipment. WiFi was terrible. Overall to expensive for the facilities it offers and not well kept.

We found out just before departure (by reading old reviews) that the basement with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom can only be accessed from outside and there is no staircase in the cottage. We were traveling with 3 adults and 5 children, so that is not ideal. I contacted Belvilla to ask if we could rebook to the other 10-person chalet (across the road). That was only possible if we would cancel this booking for € 2733.10 and then book the other accommodation and then pay rebooking fees of € 1892.98. I then indicated that Belvilla does not provide accurate information on their website because it should be stated in the description that the basement can only be accessed from outside. Belvilla did not agree with this and blamed me for it being my own fault and that I should have read the reviews better. When I opposed that, the employee of Belvilla reacted rudely and hung up the call. I then contacted Ms. Daschl, she is the on-site manager and shared my experience with the owners of both chalets. The owner of the other 10-person chalet (with stairs in the house to the basement) personally reached out to us to see if he could look for a solution with the owner of our booked chalet. Unfortunately, the owner of the chalet we had booked did not respond. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there because during our stay we had little to no hot water from Saturday to Tuesday. So after skiing, we couldn't take a warm shower. On Tuesday, a technician came who indicated that this is a known problem with the heating system in this chalet and that a heat exchanger actually needed to be replaced. He could now temporarily descale the central heating system so that we would have hot water again. There was a device in the chalet for 5 hours that made a huge noise. Most of the time we were on the slopes, but we sat in the noise for over an hour. Fortunately, we could then take warm showers separately. We couldn't shower upstairs and downstairs at the same time due to the drop in pressure. So 8 people had to take turns showering in the evening, very nice NOT! Unfortunately, the heating system broke down again on Friday and there was no hot water at all. Frau Daschl had offered us to shower in another chalet because there was no technician available anymore. So off we went with the whole family, towels, soap, and pajamas under our arms to another chalet to be able to shower. We paid a huge amount for 1 week, namely € 3600,- so you would expect at least hot water to be available. It felt like camping. Unfortunately, this was not all; we also had problems with mice that gnawed on everything in the kitchen and left many droppings every day. I would normally have accepted this in a forest chalet, but I want to mention it given all the other issues. So, a new heating system would be in order, and it should be noted in the description that the basement can only be accessed from the outside.

Very nice and very tastefully furnished chalet. Very nice friendly landlord. It was all best. We can highly recommend the chalet and will be back!
