Great location, close to bus, nice clean rooms, bread service, friendly owners. Were received with snaps. Road to cottage is steep, but doable.

We really had a wonderful week. The owners are warm. With Christmas Eve we even have a private concert of grandfather-father had two sons! They are modest and offer help if you ask. Also, the ski area is very nice. A must for everyone

So welcoming, friendly Huber family - thank you to all of them! Including Grandma and kids! We had a great stay in their house! There is only one remark, not a complaint, but, just to allow to be even better - it would be nice to have soap and hand towels in a room. In internet info was mentioned, that visitors will not be supplied with bath towels, so, I assumed, that hand towels and soap will be. All together, we give 9 out of 10. It's a great house. In each room with shower, toilet and sink. Sometimes a bit dated, but clean and homely with all the Austrian wood. One drawback was that the hallways also was used by the family and the living room / kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor were the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor and a portion of the second floor has been used by the family itself. The family barely saw you, so there was plenty of privacy. The welcome and farewell was cozy with a schnapps. Very nice people who do everything to get the Austrian feel. The house is situated on a hill some way from the center and the ski lifts. The bus was almost at the door to get to the middle station charged.

We had booked a Skiurlurlaub over New Year for 8. Excellent, we found that each room had a toilet with shower facility. Eat-in kitchen and a room located on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd Floor and have a large continuous Balkon.Speziell the residential kitchen is cozy with nice accessories. The house is located above Zell, very quiet on the road to the middle station to Wiesenalm. From the house there is a beautiful view of Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stop is about 50 meters from the house. Since it is the first stop from the ski bus, you get on the way definitely a Sitzplatz.Die owner live in the house and are very nice.

Very nice apartment, we were 9 people. Very friendly and hospitable owner. Kitchen (unfortunately only 2 hot plates, little space for dishes) is a bit too small for 9 people, but by our large electric skillet brought us to offset it. All bedrooms with shower and toilet. The apartment is recommended. Greeting Thomas with friends.

Nestled in a beautiful ski area. Near Mayrhofen, Gerlos, Königsleiten and Zell am Ziller. Accommodation is fine with welcoming family Hüber. Accommodation good rooms with good beds, bathroom in the room, etc. Last piece to the house is a steep road, but the road is kept clean.

We may spend a very ehrholsame, relaxing and beautiful weekend at the Fam Huber. The house is nicely decorated and the bathroom separate it never came with us (7 people, including 5 women) waiting times. All double beds have separate mattresses good, which will guarantee a restful sleep. Judith and Armin care a lot about the well-being of the guests. But not aufdringich, but the whole family is very very nice!!

Location is fine (road to it a bit steep) Great rooms. Kitchen was ground floor and rooms on the second floor. Mattresses very good we slept well. Shower cabin was on the small side for me. We had a great week there.

Fine Austrian house with spacious bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. The owners were awfully friendly and like toast with schnapps. The ski bus stop is to be the corner and seems to be one of the first on the route, guaranteed place so!

Very sympathetic and friendly owners. They live in the house, but this is not disturbing. Upon reception and farewell we were offered schnapps. The rooms were very litters. The kitchen is quite small for nine people but doable. The ski bus stops at the door, so that is also a plus. We hold fond memories of our vacation!

Had a great holiday, with super hospitable people, bedrooms were spacious and beautiful, it is a pity that the 3 bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and the kitchen and other bedroom on the ground floor and in between the owners live who also use the same staircase and hall which was not a problem, by the way. The kitchen. Is really too small and super little storage space luckily there was a mini oven put down so you can cook a little easier. Location is very central in the valley, Zillertal active card is highly recommended.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. In terms of rooms and the like is not to be regarded, in the kitchen alone. 2 hobs to cook for 8 people is far too little. The fridge would be allowed to bring food and drinks to cater for 8 people more broadly.
