This stylish farmhouse is situated in Hart im Zillertal. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate a large family with kids or a large group. It has a balcony for you to take a refreshing breath enjoying the scenic view and central heating.
The ski bus is only 100 m and the ski lift 1 km from the farmhouse making it a haven for ski lovers. SKI-Optimal Hochzillertal is nearby. The local grocery store is 2 km away whereas the restaurants are 500 m away from the stay. There is a golf course in Uderns at 4 km.
Central heating and ski storage are provided for you to have a pleasant stay. Carport and parking are in place for your convenience. A children's bed and high chair are also offered to the little guests. There is a charging station for e-cars in the parking lot (wallbox).
Public transport is at 5 km.
You can check-in between 1-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

A beautiful setting, where we have a wonderful time. The house was simple and less suitable with children. We missed a garden where we could sit, eat and play.

The pictures show exactly what you get.The hallway is the so-called living room there is not a worn bench anymore.In the shower room no towel hooks or board to put your toiletry on the road.The ski bus stops right in front of the door but goes in the morning only 2 times and late in the afternoon again at 2 moments Wi-Fi free but not stable Ski area of Fugen and Hochfugen fine for beginners and advanced.

With a group we have stayed in this house. A spacious house, well situated and every morning fresh rolls. Quite properly so. However, the WiFi could be better and there were some flies (it is still a farm).
