This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in a villa in the middle of Fügen, in the heart of the Zillertal winter sports region in Tyrol.
The apartment is comfortably and comfortably furnished in typical Tyrolean style with great attention to detail and lots of wood. It offers a spacious living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a children's bedroom with a cot, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 2 balconies. The villa also has a lounge and a ski storage room. You can park directly under the illuminated carport.
Fügen is the largest municipality in the Zillertal and offers holidaymakers lots of outdoor activities and excursion destinations. Enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains of the Zillertal, the ski bus, which stops practically on the doorstep, takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen with over 90 kilometers of pistes and Spieljoch-Fügen with almost 20 kilometers of pistes.
There is action and relaxation all year round at the Erlebnistherme Zillertal and in summer the outdoor pool in Fügen offers lots of bathing fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Very spacious apartment. Kitchen is equipped with extensive cooking utensils and crockery. Apartment is very clean. We were very warmly welcomed by the landlord. Environment is very quiet. Recommended for bad sleepers. We had a wonderful holiday week with very nice weather and the fantastic ski slopes of Hoch Fügen. The bus connection to Hoch Fügen was great, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and bus stop close to the apartment.

We spent a week in the apartment and it was great. Everything was super clean and beautiful. A super nice and continuous care. As soon as we had a problem, we were helped immediately. Always happy! We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Worst villa ever where we have holidayed. Price, quality hard to find. Kitchen very dated, no dishwasher cluttered crockery and cutlery. No dry dock for skis and boots. Stuff from old residents everywhere in the cupboards . Leftover food had to be stored in a kitchen cabinet. Some kitchen cabinets had to be closed with a hammered curved nail. Bathroom with shower couldn't even open the door, it hit the sink. Other bathroom only a bathtub, no shower . All very messy. Stands at 500 meters from the lift, but can only walk up, impossible. Ski bus at 100 meters.

Very nice place, nearby the citycentre and ski centre (bus), with a wide open beautiful view, a nice carport for the car, lots of stairs to reach the apartment. Great: Three toilets and two bathrooms for six persons. Should be nice to have a locker for ski equipment downstairs and in the kitchen it would be nice to have a dishwasher.

Very friendly welcome, spacious accommodation and lots of material for baby bedding, bedding, bath, changing mat, nappy bucket, ... Nice area but lots of uphill (also the ski lift is uphill) so take a bus if you do not want to walk on foot

The owners we have hardly seen, the contact was via SMS but very friendly. The house is spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms are fine, living room and kitchen very dated but that also has its charm. Unfortunately no freezer (very awkward if you have frozen dog food with you) and no dishwasher, but we knew that in advance. Garden is nice, sun all day. Ski resorts Spieljoch, Hochfugen and Kaltenbach are close by and here we could ski to your heart's content.

Check well organized and were warmly received. Were very early but were happy straight away in the house. Very large spacious house where everyone can take its course nice spacious kitchen and large living room with separate corner where we could make a play for the children. Kitchen very very outdated and no dishwasher unfortunately. Living room may also be addressed once. All subsequent rooms excellent and tidy. All in all, highly recommended !!
