There is a lot to do here, both in winter and summer. The area has many hiking and cycling routes. Real daredevils should try the special downhill route. The 'Wasser-und Erlebniswelt Bärenbachl is perfect for families. The Ski-und Freizeit Arena piste is ideal for winter sports from November until April. The area also offers opportunities for cross-country skiing, winter hiking and ski touring.

You've got 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and your own, private spa with magnificent, panoramic views across the beautiful mountain landscape. For Ski enthusiasts, the house has ski storage, ski boot heaters.
