The apartment is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well ausgestattet.Vom balcony has a wonderful view of Maria Alm and the Berge.Maria Alm is a beautiful town with plenty of shopping and restaurants.The service is courteous and ausreichend.Wir would come back anytime!

We have really enjoyed in our lovely house. A well equipped kitchen made it possible to 'cozy evening at home to cook and eat with 4 children. The village was too far to fresh bread for breakfast to get, but they were quickly in their own oven. Great house! However, transport to the village needed for skiing and shopping.

Very nice, warm, kept apartment on 1st floor, for 4 adults and 4 children (not more than 13 years because children's bedroom upstairs, with thin mattresses on the beds) Nice balcony, no garden. About 5 minutes from the slopes (Leased end of February).

We have had a wonderful holiday in this chalet. The location is fine, provided you have a car available. It is not in the center but the center is run. We took to the slopes for the convenience of the car, but there is also a ski bus.

On arrival it was very cold in the house, it took too long before the heating really gave warmth, so if you are expecting guests just turn the heat on what used to be. The pans need to be replaced, and dirt lot. Furthermore, it was a bit okay, but we will not go.

The website states that it is a 8 person house, we were 6 adults. Since the house is not suitable for, or 4 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, the coffee machine appeared broken, luckily we had like we vemoedde a coffee meegenomen.Dit defect we reported immediately, it would be resolved within two days. Sources of ignition shame it was not repaired during our stay.

It is a truly beautiful house with great views over Maria Alm and the mountains beyond. The house is comfortable, the inventory of the kitchen is a bit dated, especially the pans. In our opinion, it is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children, the room in the attic is really a nursery. Good to take into account the limited supply of hot water , showering with several people after each other is not feasible without a break.

Our Holiday was weeral passed the 2nd time thanks to the wonderful apartment accommodation. Perfectly located for excursions and a very nice and cozy village. I can not give too many good comment otherwise there is a possibility that we will be late next time to book)

Beautiful location with stunning uitzicht.Schoonmaak fell against dust, crumbs and greasy fingers on windows and keuken.Van the towels you do not expect much, 2 towels per person for 2 weken.En cooking is difficult with only one casserole that is suitable to induce the other pot was not suitable for induction ..... so fried potatoes and meat is difficult to eten.Verder together a nice decor and bathroom is great! lots to do Surroundings ideal for cycling especially with electric. had fiets.Mooie holidays

Beautiful house with an Austrian design. Finding a house with two master bedrooms (grandparents were with), children's room and a second bathroom was not easy. Unfortunately it is not ski-in ski-out location. The village is just outside walking distance, also because of the 14% off. The lift to the ski area is more than expected. By car is out so well noodzakelijk.Maar it is a modern house, great views and fully equipped. A lovely fireplace, a straalbad and access to two balconies. There are two parking spaces available.

Indeed said "panoramic view" makes this property a must. You look out over Maria Alm and around the mountain landscape with cows in the pastures. Not only from one of the two balconies, but also from the living / dining room and bedrooms. The house is luxuriously furnished and fine. Maria Alm is a nice town with lots of restaurants and two supermarkets (Billa and M-preis). Saalfelden offers more shops (also for shopping fashion) and dining, and is only 5 km away. Around Maria Alm you can walk beautifully. We have really enjoyed our holiday there and can recommend this property. However, the honesty to mention two "minuses". 1. The property is halfway between the Schlossberg directly opposite the village of Maria Alm. The church (with dorpscentrum) hemelsbreed only as "n 300 meters, but the access road to the property is very inclined. Thus, a walk from the house to the village vv very strenuous, and made us (even if" s short ) prefer to use the car. 2. On the balcony quite a lot of noise from the traffic on (main) road below the house. Fortunately the traffic is not too bad. More noise earthmoving business bottom d

Great holiday with all amenities provided. All very neat and decent. We were there during a heat wave and you'll have air conditioning, especially in the bedroom of the children. They slept after one night down because it was over too hot (over 30 degrees in the room for 2 weeks) There is no possibility to skies above. But all in all a superb house with a beautiful view. The location is superb and central to Salzburg. In the village of Maria Alm is everything and the pool is superb. Dutch owner of the program I Departure. He came up with brochures and tips on nearby.

Perfect location relative to town and Aberg bahn. Nice view of the village. The house is actually flat, you rent the top floor. The bottom is occupied. The apartment is not suitable for 6 adults. Namely two full two double rooms and two cots on attic. Two bathrooms, one of which is very small and small shower. Insufficient hot water to shower with 4 people in succession. All in all, good for up to 4 people!
