We, as a family with 3 young children (1, 4 and 7) have very well entertained us in and around the house. The accommodation itself is very small. The bedrooms comprise 2/3 of the total surface. Fortunately we had good weather and were able to be outside a lot. Inside the walls would come smoothly towards you. The house is very clean and complete. The owner is friendly and you can use the bread service. The immediate surroundings are a spacious terrace and garden with play equipment for the children. On that side it is wonderfully quiet. It was a very nice holiday. The cottage is ideally located to discover the area. We were there with the 2 kids. The house itself is not that big, but you don't have to because you often go out. You can walk to the nearby village, to go to the shop/restaurants. They are very friendly owners. We had some problems with the WiFi due to a lightning strike nearby. The people have done everything they can to fix it, and to keep us informed. We, a family with 3 children (11, 9 and 8 years) have enjoyed the holiday home and surroundings immensely. For two weeks we have stayed in all weather conditions from full rainy days to sunlit days of more than 30 degrees Celsius. As we know from Belvila everything was perfectly arranged, and lived this apartment / holiday house exactly to the definition and expectation. The holiday in this apartment was like wellness. We have never come home so enstpannt.Die accommodation was clean and from the room layout just awesome. We, a family with 3 children (11, 9 and 8 years) have enjoyed the holiday home and surroundings immensely. For two weeks we have stayed in all weather conditions from full rainy days to sunlit days of more than 30 degrees Celsius. The accommodation was good BBQ in all circumstances "and lazing in the hammock in the garden, watching movies and crafting with the children, etc. Our children have been amused with the children of the owners. Friendly owners wherever we are right They could have ordered on-order bread in the morning and we were allowed to use their washing machine. Also the area was top. A range of activities cable car lifts, downhill by bike, high-rise course, slides against the mountain, sledding, Salzburg, Krimll waterfall, playing in a mountain river, outdoor swimming pool, and so on. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The house is in a beautiful spot on the Schattberg, you overlook the valley of Maria Alm and the mountains, beautiful views. The cottage is in a wonderful quiet location and is for 2 people more than enough. The road to the top is quite narrow, but it is kept clean. In the immediate vicinity you can ski and winter hiking. The ski area is small but very cozy with nice cabins. With the free ski bus you can go to a larger area, which we have not done, it was a nice place on the slopes of Maria Alm!

We, as a family with 3 young children (1, 4 and 7) have very well entertained us in and around the house. The accommodation itself is very small. The bedrooms comprise 2/3 of the total surface. Fortunately we had good weather and were able to be outside a lot. Inside the walls would come smoothly towards you. The house is very clean and complete. The owner is friendly and you can use the bread service. The immediate surroundings are a spacious terrace and garden with play equipment for the children. On that side it is wonderfully quiet. Also in the evenings. On the other side is a small balcony with a view of the Hochkönig massif and the owner's yard. It may be messy, but you can expect that from a farm. There are also beautiful play attributes for children such as a playhouse and trampoline. There is a lot to do and see in the area. With the Salzburgerlandkarte often free or with discount. Compact holiday home in perfect location. We have been there with 5 people, but had taken an airbed so no one in the living room had to sleep. Ideal is that you can step directly onto the blue piste with your skis 10 meters from the house. Once down you can take the drag lift and also take another blue or 2 red runs. Because these 4 pistes are located outside the large ski area, it is wonderfully quiet. You do not have to wait at the ski lift and at the bottom there is also a set off for the novice skier. And with 5 minutes by car you stand at the gondola that brings you the ski area Hochkonig. The cottage is very clean and fully equipped. The living room is small, but if you use the bedrooms as living space, it is fine to stay.

Top reception, heavenly place. In the grounds of the farm but still very private. A nice fishing pond nearby where our children (13 and 11 years) were also allowed to fish and catch lobsters! Trampoline and litter of young cats made the party complete. Fantastic view of the meadows and mountains. The house is neat and there was everything you needed. Fresh bread rolls were delivered to the door every morning upon request. There is so much to do in the area: tobogganing, Waldpark, castles, Klamm caves, ski lifts, mountain bike hire, archery, etc. In the lovely village of Maria Alm there are many nice restaurants. Really recommended to go to this house!

Everything was in good order. Friendly owners, renovated house, every morning tasty sandwiches and a lovely shower. There was a small slope to the chalet for more skiing / slopes you need a village farther away. In winter snow chains handy. In the neighborhood there are no shops or party occasions.

It was a very nice holiday. The cottage is ideally located to discover the area. We were there with the 2 kids. The house itself is not that big, but you don't have to because you often go out. You can walk to the nearby village, to go to the shop/restaurants. They are very friendly owners. We had some problems with the WiFi due to a lightning strike nearby. The people have done everything they can to fix it, and to keep us informed. Since you are staying in Maria Alm, you will also receive a Hochköning card, which gives you free access to the summer lifts and a discount in many places. So a nice extra!

We spent a wonderful week over New Year in the house Schattberg in Maria Alm. The weather was mixed, about the many new snow have determined all happy. The house was great, the owner totally relaxed and very nice and helpful. Also great bread service, even New Year Morgen.Das house is not very big but enough for 4 adults. Better yet suitable for a family with 2 children.The close to the slopes (50 meters) is great (if there is enough snow) .From the house out, ski and off you go "s. We met a very hospitable landlady, who was very concerned about our welfare. Morning bread service was just as natural as fresh eggs from our own chicken coop. The house was equipped in perfect condition and with all that is necessary for your daily needs. New, modern furniture in the bedrooms made for feel-good atmosphere and a great terrace with Weber grill and outlook helped a pony pasture to let your mind wander. Great views of the mountains and varied walking trails from the front door! Ideal for us as dog owners. Many attractions, shopping and dining in the area.
