This beautifully situated holiday home with 2 holiday apartments is located on the sunny side of the valley on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, in the lively village of Wald (district of Wald-Königsleiten).
You have both apartments (for a total of 12 people) located on the ground floor and 1st floor. Very suitable for families or friends traveling together. The advantage of a holiday home, but still privacy for everyone. The apartments are connected to each other via a central staircase.
Each holiday apartment has an attractive living room with a large dining area and modern open kitchen, furnished with attention to detail, and offers a view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the living room you have access to the beautiful balcony. In the holiday apartment on the ground floor you have 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. And in the holiday apartment on the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. And after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing you can relax in your own sauna.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a beautiful indoor pool, various dining and shopping options, and the ski bus to the ski area. Due to the central location, 3 well-known ski areas are available within 15 minutes by car: the Zillertal Arena (140 km of slopes), the Wildkogel Arena (62 km of slopes) and the Kitzbüheler Alpen (180 km of slopes). With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you have access to all areas and can even take a trip to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
In summer there are so many ways to spend your vacation, hiking and mountain biking opportunities abound, many sights in both Tyrol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don't forget the highest waterfalls in Europe in nearby Krimml visit.

Very nice hostess! We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartments are nicely furnished, modern, and very clean. The ski bus goes to the ski area - for us, it was just inconvenient because it didn't match the ski school times. However, it is very difficult to find a decent restaurant in the village. We would love to come back.

Very nice spacious apartments. Everything was very neat. We traveled with 10 adults. Each couple has their own bathroom.
The owners live at the holiday home. They are very friendly. We went skiing for a week. The Wildkogel ski area is a 7-minute drive away, Koningsleiten is about a 20-minute drive away.

excellently equipped apartments with private shower and sauna. You immediately feel welcome by the owners and if you have a problem or, like us, you miss a potato masher, you can knock on the door and they will help you immediately. Fantastic. You have to drive to the ski areas, but then you also have something. You can go to Zillertal arena, the Wildkogel arena and to Mittersil where you can ski to Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. We had a wonderful week with the family and supporters.

Beautiful house between Wildkogel Arena and Zillertal Arena. Two floors with lots of privacy, 2 saunas, beautiful balconies, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and a good ski room. Everything is super clean and the apartment is fully equipped. Super sweet hostess where you can go for everything.
