This large detached chalet for up to 24 people is located directly in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, in the immediate vicinity of the Wildkogel Arena ski area in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland.
On the top floor of the chalet there is an open modern kitchen with dining area for 24 people and a large roof terrace with views of the surrounding mountain landscape. There is a large lounge/living area on both the ground floor and the first floor. The chalet offers a total of 12 comfortable double rooms and 8 bathrooms. All living areas and bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony. The chalet also offers a lounge with sauna, a storage room for skis and ski equipment and a washing machine. You can park directly at the chalet.
The central location of the chalet means you can choose between three ski areas: The Wildkogel Arena directly in Neukirchen with 75 km of slopes is within walking distance (750 meter), the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) with 150 km of slopes can be reached in 20 minutes and the Kitzski - Hollersbach ski area with 188 km of slopes in around 10 minutes. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with a total of almost 400 km of slopes with one ski pass.
For reasons of peace and quiet, this house is not rented to groups of young people. Student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are prohibited in this house.

We, as a group of 14 people, really enjoyed it. The house is built very well, and there was nothing to complain about. The key handover worked well, everything was clean and tidy. The bathrooms are modern, and everything else went smoothly. As the organizer, I was initially concerned about the reviews on the platform belvilla, but everything went well there too. One of the two actual owners of the house also responded quickly. The location is very good, the place has some nice restaurants to offer, and the surroundings are also wonderful for hiking and excursions in the summer. We are happy to come back and certainly will again. By the way, two of the 12 rooms are located behind two of the other particularly appealing bedrooms, so you have to share the bathroom there.

We were with 18 adults and 2 small children in the Chalet Bergerblick. We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. It is a modern, clean chalet. The rooms are very large and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay with a large group. The manager is also very accommodating. We had a problem with the refrigerator. The manager took care of it immediately. A small disadvantage is that the chalet is located in a residential area, and one is not allowed to stay outside after 10 PM. We would book the Chalet Bergerblick again at any time.

The house is very modern and clean. Very good beds and bathrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen. Everything is great. Even large groups have enough space. The roof terrace is a highlight.
For groups, you need to know that the bathrooms are not connected to the rooms, but that there are 4 apartments that share the bathrooms. Only 1 room has a private bathroom.
In summer, it should be noted that - although stated in the description - there is no garden with garden furniture and sun loungers. You can only stay on the roof terrace or the balconies. This is difficult for a stay with children.
The parking spaces around the house are not sufficient when the house is fully occupied.
There is only one television in the house - and it has no channel reception.

The service was perfect. The communication with owner and the facility manager was perfect. It was very nice accommodation. Everything was in line with written description. We enjoyed the week.
