This lovingly designed holiday flat on the first floor of a picturesque farmhouse offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, you are immediately surrounded by the charm of wood and cosiness. The rustic furnishings give the room a cosy touch and invite you to feel at home straight away.
It offers all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy the rural surroundings. From the comfortable furniture to the lovely decorations, everything is designed to ensure you have an unforgettable time. A special highlight is the balcony with a breathtaking view of the Alps.
If you are interested, you can find out more about country life. The landlords will be happy to show you around the farm and give you an insight into the daily routines.
The surrounding area is ideal for winter activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter walks as well as for summer holidays with hiking and mountain biking. Nearby you will find various excursion destinations such as the National Park Worlds, the Felberturm Museum, the Maisi Flitzer, the Aurach Wildlife Park, the Glemmtaler Baumzipfelweg and the Krimml Waterfalls.

There is also another holiday flat for up to 2 people in the same house, which can be booked under the house code AT-5730-15.

The hosts are very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The view is excellent. The holiday apartment is very spacious.

From the elevated apartment you have a view of a beautiful environment. At 1km distance you can make lovely walks from the village. The welcome was very friendly, the beds were fine and the kitchenette is just big enough if you want to prepare your meals yourself. In short, great apartment for us.

The home is simply furnished. Two spacious bedrooms with its own sink. Shower is not spacious but enough for a week.Een spacious balcony across the width where you can sit after a day of skiing and enjoying the last rays of sunshine and spectacular views. The house is a short drive up the mountain which is to do good in itself. When we were there there was no snow on the road but we were assured by the owners that the road also is kept passable with snow. (Snow and gravel)

The bed in the smallest room was rock hard and too short for volwassenen.Deze bedroom was also ergdonker.Het balcony had to be shared with another huurder.Dat knew we were not the upstairs tenants had tevoren.Ook not Belvilla but private . There was no kettle. The TV was the only doenin our second week, when the owners a new satellite dish left post. Before that could weniet TV kijken.Bovendien we found many old cobwebs.
