You will find this cozy chalet in Niedernsill nestled in the hills and woods. On the private terrace and the balcony, you can enjoy outdoor living by having meals or sitting under the sun. It makes a great stay for a family or group of 10 persons. This home is perfect for a family stay and offers a stellar view,.
Skiing enthusiasts can use the skiing area of Zell am See and Kaprun at 12 km. During the summer there are plenty of sports and hiking activities for you to do, and you can reach most of the sights of Salzburgerland very easily. At 1 km, you will find the supermarkets for groceries and the ski bus stop. The town center with an excellent choice of restaurants is at 2 km. There is a lake at 2 km for a pleasant day out.
The apartment has a pleasant living room with a wood stove and an open kitchen to have a comfortable stay. For little guests, a children's bed is present. You have a washing machine for help with the laundry. Parking is available.

The property is difficult to reach, fortunately a 4x4 and no snow, otherwise it would be very difficult. The mattresses are probably as old as the house itself. Not a problem in itself .. a picturesque house is fine .. but given the rent you can expect modern mattresses (read: good / hard). An sich effort has been made to provide for the guests, but the total sum of the facilities do not meet expectations. The bunk bed is not suitable for adults, unless you expect an army barrack :-) ... in short ... not worth repeating.
