Ski enthusiasts can take the ski bus, just 2 km away. From shops to restaurants and pubs to town centre, everything is 1.5 km away from the apartment. You can also get involved in cross country skiing 2 km away. There is a lake 2 km away, where you can go for picnics.

It was a nice reception. Christine was already on the lookout. Christine showed us straight to the apartment. It looked good and clean looking. Then coffee and cake. The view is beautiful. Mountains, forest and meadow.

Our holiday was really great despite little snow. The apartment is very, very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything. At breakfast we have always enjoyed a great view. The landlady is very nice. By car you can reach everything possible very well who can take the train or the bus like to walk. In winter snow chains do not forget. In general, the place and the house is recommended.

Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed by Christine a very warm and sweet vrouw.Wij got a short tour of the stay which was immediately very clean and clean and fully voorzien.Het apartment has really everything you need.Living room of sofa bed already laid out and equipped with bed linen was ready.Lovely new kitchen with all appliances also a wonderful oven where in the morning the sandwiches can be baked.Bedroom with double bed with bedding and large spacious closet.Vele large bathroom with nice furniture and delicious shower and there is new wasmachine.aparte wc.Nog extra storage space for coats etc.Every day clean towels and kitchen towels and emptied trash can.De house is beautifully and romantically situated on top of the mountain with phenomenal uitzicht !! We have a wonderful winter sport holiday Zell am see and Kaprun about 15 min rijden.Voor us a thick 10 for this wonderful accommodation and definitely recommend it to others !!

House is above Niedernsill making beautiful view of the valley wide terrace and parking on site. The owners live upstairs, but there you have no problems. The house is kept clean. There is a large bathroom and ample storage space. With the app outdoor active can make several walks in the neighborhood. During our stay wifi was present but very limited. It is a nice clean newly decorated holiday apartment on the ground floor with open views. The village Niedersill is not much to do, so you're in the nevem designated villages. The area of u200bu200bthe Park Hohe Tauern offers plenty of hiking opportunities. Also visit the museum of Mittelsill or mineral museum in Bramberg, rail easy to reach them. Also, the place itself a nice natural swimming pool with good restaurant.

We were warmly welcomed by Christine with coffee and cake. The accommodation is fantastic. A beautiful house with a beautiful view and daily good care of Christine. Every day clean towels and trash are emptied daily. The beds are made and are changed after a week. The area is beautiful, there are many opportunities for fun trips.

For our winter fantastic accommodation. Convenient to Mittersill, Kaprun, Zell am See. However, even through fairly narrow road up the mountain, but passable and "morning swept early snowfall. Very friendly reception. Apartment (ground floor) was well finished, very clean and was checked every day and vacuumed and towels changed. Given previous experience anyway brought coffee but .... that was also present! we go every year a day later than the booking date to ride on the quiet Sunday. and to our surprise, we could stay an extra day and travel back on Sunday . (Apparently no booking) .With a bottle of sparkling wine from the owner was goodbye. She enjoys it to make the guests to their liking. This home is a must.

The location is beautiful. The area is very nice, there is a lot to walk and cycle. We were there only a week, so much too short.

Perfect apartment for a winter holiday. The distance to the slopes was good. About 15 minutes. Pity that the apartment was it noisy. We heard the upstairs neighbors very well.

Great accommodation – the best we've experienced in Austria. Plenty of space for two people with the bonus of a washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped, shower great and plenty of storage room for clothes etc. Homeowner was lovely and very welcoming, providing clean towels nearly every day.

Arrival and stay in this apartment is fantastic. The house is modern and fully equipped. Meanwhile there is also a real kitchen (see note on previous guests). All the furniture is of excellent quality. The mattresses are fine. Every day, hand, tea towels replaced, including emptying waste bins. Christine cleanliness of paramount importance and is an excellent host. From the cottage are great getaways and everything is easily accessible.

Marvelous location for active holidays. Excellent and very clean holiday home with a shared entrance. We were very well and enthusiastically received by the owner. To our surprise the towels were changed for new ones and our trash was daily removed. We would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.

We are very warmly welcomed by Christine and the house was very nice on the ground floor. Everything is present in the kitchen. We were 2 children and it is very nice that there is a door between the living room with sofa bed and the kitchen so you can sit in the evening when the children sleep. The shower has a wonderful hard jet. We skied at mittersill, which is 25 minutes away and is a beautiful ski area for children. Kaprun is even closer. At the bottom of the mountain is a fir supermarket. You can sledge well next to the house.
