This spacious, detached chalet for a maximum of 20 people is located in Piesendorf in the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region, directly in Salzburgerland and a stone's throw from the well-known towns of Zell am See and Kaprun.
This large chalet offers 6 bedrooms with sleeping capacity for up to 20 people, 3 spacious bathrooms (one with washing machine and dryer), a large living room with a modern directly connected kitchen and dining table, a games room with pool table, relaxation room with sauna, ski storage room, garden and a large terrace. Parking is possible directly at the chalet.
The Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn offers 3 different ski areas, 2 beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake. Skiing directly above Lake Zell surrounded by fantastic mountain scenery is part of everyday life on a ski holiday here. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, Piesendorf offers access to 3 premium ski regions with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.
In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf or the Niedernsill natural swimming lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water area offer lots of bathing fun. The protected landscape area "Luzialacke" and the leisure center are directly adjacent. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools or the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

perfectly suited for our group of 16 adults and a baby. More adults will get very cramped.Beautiful surroundings, stunning views, suitable accommodation. In case of slippery weather, good snow chains are necessary in view of the slope to it.

Hello,+It's a nice house. +Beautiful view. -House owner is rude, never experienced with me 15 years with belvilla. -Homeowner can't speak English. -Were not allowed to use the wood stove. Big problem is that I had to pay €424 cleaning costs and tourist tax and bed lines, but the homeowner wanted to get €90 extra despite it being fixed on the reservation. Her reason for this is that the tourist tax has gone up. We've had quite a discussion. We also spent a nice holiday. Otherwise we will not return to this house in the future. regards tulbul

Ski few miles away, as well as Kaprun Zell am See are highly recommended . We had very nice weather and stay is definitely worth repeating!

Had wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. Enough space to stay with our group (8 adults and 7 children). Even though the weather was not very good, this house was a good starting point for many fun activities in the Salzburgerland!

Had wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. Enough space to stay with our group (8 adults and 7 children). Even though the weather was not very good, this house was a good starting point for many fun activities in the Salzburgerland!

It is a lovely house and is located in a beautiful area. The view of the mountains is fantastic. The house is completely free, so you have a lot of privacy. The owners are very helpful and if you have any problems they are immediately available. Really recommended.

We were with 20 people in the hotel and very satisfied with the overall package. we see small deficiencies in the missing ski. There is a boiler room. There you can also on a corresponding shoe heating impute the ski and snowboard boots. For boards, there is no corresponding Accommodation / storage room. In addition, the room has an unpleasant odor for heating oil. However, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. The bread delivery service is excellent, since the location of the house but is a little off. to walk to ski bus and back is a bit of a challenge, but in an emergency feasible.

Perfect accommodation for a large group. Large garden where the children can play after skiing and a nice terrace where the parents can aperitifs. Near the ski slope, supermarkets and cities Kaprun and Zell Am See. If desired, there is a daily bakery service.

The accommodation was very clean and perfect for large groups. The hostess welcomed us very friendly and was very helpful throughout our stay! Hiking can be started right from the accommodation, and the Zell lake and other bathing facilities are not far away. I can only recommend the house!
