This cosy holiday home with its own entrance guarantees you privacy and comfort. It features a large, modern kitchen with an inviting dining area and an extendable table, as well as a comfortable living room. There are two bedrooms in total, one of which is a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Please note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room. You can also enjoy a balcony, terrace and shared use of the garden with barbecue facilities. A carport is available for your car.

Josefine is a charming host. We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. Rarely have we found such a well-equipped apartment. The surroundings are simply stunning. We also happily took advantage of the offer from the local mountain. Here, a day of skiing is included in the guest card. We will definitely come to visit Josefine again. We have been coming here for several years and it always feels like coming home. The apartment is quietly located, with a beautiful view and is equipped with all conveniences. And the ski slopes are only a 15-minute drive away.

The arrival was very hot. We were welcomed by the very friendly hostess. Who gave a tour of the house. For us there was a bottle of wine ready and a treat for the dogs. The accommodation was well clean and looked looked after. The surroundings are really beautiful. Near the Hohe Tauern, Kaprun and Zell am See. We have been able to make wonderful walks. Mountain biking can also be fine here. Etc. At the Krimmler Wasserfalle. Very breathtaking. The hostess cooked once for us. Typically Austrian. Very tasty. We also received clean towels and could ask what we needed. Super spoiled!

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owner and she showed where the apartment was. It is an apartment that is fully equipped. Spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Great living room with lovely sitting-couch especially after skiing to relax on. Spacious bedrooms where it must be said that they can only be reached via 1 door so you have to go through bedroom if someone is already sleeping. We were not handy with 2 adult children. Bathroom with washing machine. Space to put ski boots away and skis in the barn.Veel useful was that the car could stand under a carport and if not every morning the snow had to be removed.Also we had a dog and she had something there too goodies for us and for us a bottle of wine and something lekkers.Brachtige area close to small beginners piste with drag lifts.We ebben the skis, shoes and helmets rented at this location and we got a 15% discount because we could show that we had rented Josefine's apartment. It was very good ski, s and almost new shoes and we paid almost half less than at the Intersport in Kaprun (then you have storage space there) We have 2 days on the small piste because it rained a little and then snowed to Kaprun been very nice track and wonderfully quiet. Wednesday we had great food from Josefine and Thursday homemade apple strudel (tastier than at the bakery). In short, had a wonderful week because there was a lot of snow and therefore a fairytale winter wonderland was created.

The apartment did fine, you unfortunately have to go through the first bedroom to come. In the second bedroom The area is fantastic despite the weather is plenty to do. I checked whether synthetic bedding was present eurorelais answer was no, it was present on arrival! The towels were replaced every 3-4 days, only if you're used cushions so you better bring your own. Walchen / Kaprun is an excellent base for walks, long or short. Especially & quotKlamm "hikes are very beautiful. A car is necessary. Salzburg is 1.5 hours away. In May is not yet everything open in terms of elevators, there was still a lot of snow high in the mountains cases so walking there was discouraged by the Tourist Office the first week. In the second week we had good weather and everything looks very different. The people are friendly and helpful. Well you better drive a little further for a large supermarket so you have more choice. The small freezer in the kitchen was very welcome. The BBQ is available only goes out as soon as we are habituated so take good time. Within walking distance you have in yourself and in Walchen Piesendorf (run 1 / 2 hours) (Mitterwirt) nice restauration

The house is clean, slightly dated but everything is there, from bath towel to kitchen towel. Enough living space, we were 2 people. Nice couch. Owner was very welcoming, had a nice wine ready and she even cooked for us, schnitzels as doormats with salzantoffels and once apple strudel. Delicious! The house is centrally located but nice and quiet, close to Kaprun and Zell am See and you can rent your gear at Ski-Pro in Kaprun. You can have delicious food at restaurant Auhof in Kaprun. We really like good food and you can do that for a nice price and have been there a number of times. Coming December 2019 there is also a connection ready between the Maisgel mountain and Kitssteinhorn. Ideal!! Overall delicious.

The apartment is great for families thanks to two separate bedrooms, large lounging couch, eat outside terrace and its own washing machine. The apartment is very quiet, no traffic noise and with a great view of the mountains. Above the apartment is a wonderful playground - that was for our three children (5,3,1) is a good pastime. The house chickens, which may be visited at any time and fed and provide delicious breakfast eggs are great. The landlady is super nice, happy to help out, give you tips and brings a lot of fresh towels) The area offers plenty of excursions. eg waterfall, gorge, Dino Park flagstone, pasture, summer toboggan run, walks for the whole family ... and the swimming pool in Zell am See offers fun for a day when it rains) around a successful holiday

We stayed as a family with 3 children (9,3,2) for 4 nights in the apartment. From the balcony you have a great view of the mountain panorama. The environment is quiet and a playground was within walking distance. The apartment had EVERYTHING you need for living. Everything was super clean. There was enough space for the children to play. The apartment is also very child-friendly. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and served and felt comfortable from the first minute. Excellent arrival at Josefine. The apartment is spacious, neat and fully equipped. She had a baby bed ready for us when she read that we were with our daughter. As icing on the cake, she made 'butterkartoffeln mit schnitzels' on Wednesday and Thursday we got home-made apple strudel. Really delicious! Downstairs on the street a 10 minute wait is a small supermarket, at the top of the road is the Nagelköpfel ski area with Tue and Thursday evening skiing for a fee. Ski rental is cheaper there than in Zell am See. Car is at the top of the driveway under a canopy, so you never have to scratch or clear snow.

We stayed a week at Haus Eva, lovely home with all mod cons, the hostess is very friendly and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, and even the dog was thought of for him was something lekkers.Het house is on a beautiful location in walchen with a private entrance and a lovely outdoor area where you can sit nice and quiet and no one bother you, about 15 min from Zell am see and only 10 min from Kaprun, you have a huge amount of possibilities, kitzsteinhorn, zell am see There is a beautiful gorge is nearby and of course the grossclockner, Salzburg is also recommended which is about 1 1/2 hour drive but well connected and totally worth it. Overall we had a great holiday!

We have had a good winter., 26 Jan to 2 Feb 2013 cottage is fully equipped, owner is nearby if you need anything, just one downside, the bed and bedroom with 2 bunk is all accessible through the other bedroom. Nearby is much to do, snow fun on the Nagelköpfel, ie a small slope behind the house (5 min walk), snowshoe hike with a guide. Skiing in Kaprun, very quiet on the Maiskogel, beautiful on the glacier, beautiful but busy in Zell am the sea. NBJammer the piste bullies on the glacier during the day only have time for the fun park, making the red run (the only one) to the lowland station, after 10 hours turned into a heavy bugle slope. we understood that an employee has to do with cuts.

The apartment is located in the hamlet Walchen inches Piesendorf. You have a private entrance and sitting in your apartment next to another apartment where you do not suffer. View from the balcony fell slightly against: you look more at the trees, and if you stand until you have views of the mountains and Kaprun. To the bedroom with two bunk bed and you get to walk through the other bedroom. For a family with several children handy, but if you are using only adults is sometimes disturbing. The cottage is also very clean, spacious and beautiful. Especially the shower is great after a day of skiing! Around the house there are all hiking trails and the dog can (almost) everywhere apart. The owners are very friendly! You get mid week clean towels. Behind the house is a blue / red run where you can ski in the Zell am See / Kaprun skipas.Een don'ts: your voucher you get a discount on ski-rental at Skidome in Kaprun. Do not! You get a discount, but they are terribly expensive, blunt and unhelpful! There are plenty of other Inter Sports.

We have a wonderful holiday in Walchen. The house was perfect, good price / quality verhouding.De owner is a great host, always willing to help with any questions. We got clean towels on time, even wanted us still wash bedding in between. In the living room you could relax on the couch. On the balcony had a beautiful view over the valley behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture where you could eat cozy. Also on the lawn with picnic table you could sit cozy. Good beds and a good shower. Fully equipped kitchen. In short, a house where the great place to be.

We have a good holiday. Owners were very friendly and hospitable and the cottage was very complete. What also was very handy, is that the house has a washing machine that you can use at no extra cost. You can use the card during the stay guests free use of swimming pool in Piessendorf. Near the vankaniteverblijf are numerous hiking trails and bike routes that clearly indicated. Only errands is not so easy. There is a small supermarket where you can get bread, etc., but for the great shopping you must go to another plaats.Dit address is definitely recommended.

The apartment is located in the small peaceful village of Walchen. Within walking distance of the ski in a friendly atmosphere that is very suitable for young children in peace and cosiness and under the expert guidance of the friendly ski school staff to be familiar with skiing. So do the crowds, but also a short distance from the larger ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See. For entertainment are Kaprun and Zell am See, only a few minutes away.

We have spent a week in the house Eve, the stay was very pleasant. Thanks to the owner, who does her best to the guests to feel at ease. Along the house a brook babbles, which works very soothing. You feel right at home, thanks to the super large lounge sofa, you can enjoy hanging after a strenuous day of skiing. The free Wifi is also very handy and works fast. The stay is about 5 rijminuten of Kaprun. With 10 minutes you are in Zell am See. Skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn we have done that even with high temperatures has good skiing. Every day we can sit on the terrace at Hotel Orgler that long until the sun continues to hold. TegenoverHotel Orgler is a shopping center where you can do your daily shopping. Good place!

We stayed here with z 'n half and our two dogs. The house looked exactly as in the description.'s Owner called you a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and some snacks for the dogs and makes twice a week for clean towels. The location is fairly central to Zell am See, Kaprun, Grossglockner, Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe. From the (fairly small) balcony a nice view over the valley. If you out the door that want to eat, you have to be a bit further way, namely to Piesendorf or further to Kaprun and Zell am See. By car it is 10 to 15 minutes. For those who seek the peace and do not want to sit in the middle of the nightlife, this is the perfect place.

This house is very well equipped, has thought of everything. For the price you pay you really get value for money. 2 large bedrooms with a tad soft mattresses. The house is better suited for 5 people or 6 people. The balcony is not great, but at the back of the house you have a nice place where you can a BBQ (which is present there) The owner is a very sweet woman. You get 2x weekly towel. The washing machine broke, and the next day there was immediately a brand new washing machine! You can relax on the balcony of the tranquility and views. 3 minutes away you can get a mini Mpreis where you "fresh bread. There was a foosball table in the shed next to the house.
