You will find this idyllic holiday home on the well-known Schmittenstraße in Zell am See in Salzburgerland, close to the slopes and very conveniently located to the lifts. This house has several apartments, all of which are beautifully and elegantly furnished.
You will live in the holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. This apartment has a living room with a dining/sitting area, a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person. This is followed by a small open kitchen with a dishwasher. Together with the bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, this apartment is ideal for a maximum of 5 people. From the living room you have access to the balcony. You can park directly at the holiday home.
The Schmittenhöhe ski area with 77 kilometers of pistes and 28 facilities and lifts is in the immediate vicinity, ideal for pleasure skiers, occasional skiers, passionate snowboarders or speed lovers. In total, Zell am See - Kaprun offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of pistes with the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.
The Schmittenstraße ends in the center of Zell am See, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and places to go out.

Neat apartment. Bus to ski lift in front of the door. With 5 people little seating space because the sofa bed can only be used as a bed. Excellent shower and bread service.

Very nice accommodation. In total there are 5 apartments. There is also a ping pong table available in the basement.

A nice, good, clean apartment, we had apartment 4. With 2 children aged 8 and 10 a great place, the ski bus stopped in front of the apartment, about 600 m to the slopes. Plenty of room to play the apartment outside for the children. Only downside we found that the center was a bit too far after a Ski day with the children but that could possibly also by bus. Nice, friendly, helpful owner.

Very nice, quiet accommodation. Great location ski bus right in front of the door and after two stops you are at the valley station. You can walk to the place. Very nice landlord. Everything was super easy.

We had a great time in Zell am See. Great service from the owner and the bread service was also arranged very good. The bus stop in front of the house takes you to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach - Hinterglemm. Great area for beginners and pros.
