This spacious, comfortable holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the 2nd floor of a holiday home in the mountaineering village of Huettschlag in Salzburgerland, near the Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
The apartment offers a comfortably furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), a large bathroom, a washing machine, 2 balconies and a sun lounger/solarium. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer as well as a gym in the basement and a garage space in the house.
Due to its location in the valley, this apartment is easily accessible all year round. Behind the house there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, as there is a cross-country ski trail there, part of a cross-country ski trail with 44 kilometers of trails. In winter, the ski bus to the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area with 17 lifts and 73 km of perfectly groomed slopes stops almost in front of the apartment (45 m), and it is 7 km by car. The Alpendorf ski area in St. Johann im Pongau is highly recommended, with direct access to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes.
For ski beginners, the small Hahnbaum ski area near the town center of St. Johann im Pongau with 7 kilometers of slopes is ideal.
In summer, Grossarl has a swimming pool, mini golf and an adventure park for the children. Lake Goldegg in the beautiful town of Goldegg am See near St. Johann im Pongau provides swimming fun in summer.

Very friendly welcome. Accommodation is fully equipped. You do get back pain from the sofa and the double bed has sagged a bit. If you like walking and resting then this is a great location. If you still want to make regular trips, you still have to drive all the way through the valley (good road, but endless curves).

Wonderful week at home Finntinn to Huttschlag. After a very warm reception from Dorothea (they also gave a lot of useful information), we were very surprised, larger than we thought and superschoon.Keuken is very complete, beds sleep were good and delicious douche.Wij with 4 adults and 2 kids, space enough for iedereen.Wij wanted to eat on arrival and were sent to the two hotels with restaurant.Bij both hotels we were quite unkind sent away, so full hotel restaurant also vol.Na our question where we still could eat, took two employees vd hotels shoulders try next town but said ze.Wat say unkind to the restaurants we later found out! League or something? I would say skip the hotels and get good food at Cafe (reservation required) or in restaurant at the beginning f village. (Reservations required) there we have lovely food and super nice people and good prijzen.Supermarktje got me crazy but wanted to ever walk up along 2nd hotel.s morning open until 12:00 then from 15.00.Anders large supermarket in Grossarl .All in all lovely stay at Finntinn Huttschlag.

A nice quiet area where nature overwhelmed. Itself we had the Salzburg Card purchased in the Netherlands through the site www.salzburgerlandcard.com. With this discount card we can enjoy many activities in the province of Salzburg for 14 days. Also a & quotgratis "day in the city of Salzburg included. A cable car pool to a museum visit. A very intensive holiday which is certainly worth experiencing.

Ordinary heating is centrally controlled and when we got was barely => with additional heating aga type cooker. That took quite some time, of course, had its charm, but soon the apartment was too hot and had the evening in February, open the windows. In short, difficult to proper temperature (not too cold and not too hot) to get.

Everything was very good, on arrival we are received by very friendly and helpful people, the apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything with 2 balconies and fantastic views We have rented it for a week and regret that we could not stay long, the beautiful surroundings and the walks tasted like more, hopefully back again next year

The area is very beautiful. But for a young german shepherd, there is much to do. Near Kaprun is better for a young dog. The apartment is very nice, but unfortunately all of those up and down stairs is a true kweling. For us to come for many years in Austria, we know where to find the spots Altogether we have yet again greatly enjoyed and had a wonderful holiday.

The house deserves the four stars spacious. As Fam. of Oekel writes is more than compleet.De ski bus stops within a few hundred meters to the house and brings you, if in possession of a ticket, free within 15 minutes to the ski gondola in Grossarl. You will be warmly welcomed by the caretaker and that gives you even more great tips in passing.

A lovely apartment with lots of space. A beautiful bathroom and a lovely kitchen with a nice fireplace for winter evenings. Within walking distance via a footpath from the village with restaurants. A bank with TV and DVD, cupboard with games and books, a kitchen with a good oven and freezer. In the village a small supermarket with basic benodig did Grossarl and 2 larger. A little further from the ski village Grossarl, but through a peaceful way to achieve flat, with the ski bus. A fun sledding hill at the apartment. Cosy and homely.

We are very happy holiday Fintinn and jokingly called it that week "our penthouse". The house is fully equipped and all the lies on the main road here you notice nothing of. A beautiful area to walk the many trails. Every day a route walked whatever fine for kids to do. A must we find is Eisriesenweld Werfen, the kids (11 and 8) found this wonderful. For hikers, nature lovers and sportsmen (including mountain biking can fine here) Grossarl is the perfect environment.

It was our first time in the Großarltal. We thought it was a beautiful area with very friendly people. We were also very pleased with our accommodation. It was a beautiful apartment fully voorzien.Tevens we found the caretaker and her husband very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended and worth repeating.

we had a great holiday. done a lot and seen a lot. The app is in one word summit. We have never had such a complete house there really is everything, and everything very neat and clean. We even slept great. and we're sure to think again to go back. And yes you have Dorothea and Peter the people who give you the key to your .It is that I was struggling with German otherwise you'll socialize ... what a nice couple and sweet and helpful. Thank you very much .... still hire a tip for other people who app when you drive to it, the second house, and if you stand on the left side of the top floor is the app. And the key you get from people on the right at the second verdieping.dat was looking at us ff. and his stairs there is no lift so not good walker I would not do it. but otherwise top and still top.

We very much enjoyed the beautiful and complete apartment. Fully equipped and very spacious. Also the reception by Dorothea is very friendly. Surroundings are also beautiful, a lot to do. We still have a lot on our list which we could not take in 2 weeks. Tip the Salzburgerland kart, it is definitely worth it. Belvilla thanks for the bell at the moment we could not leave the valley for 1 day. Mud flow in Grossarl. Very thoughtful!

The end of the Grossarltal is a quiet location for a nice starting point for many hiking destinations. If you want to visit other destinations in Salzburg it takes quite some time every time (total hours) to the valley and drive out. You enjoy it, incidentally, to the beauty of the valley for the drive through is beautiful. A trip on the bike part of life. The Salzurgerlandcarte does not come to Z. 's right if you particularly want to stay in the Großarltal. Impressive is the Liechtenstein, but you're not the only visitor. A day to Grossklocknerhochalpenstrasse is on a nice summer day definitely worth it. We had a very full house, a very helpful manager and a beautiful environment. It is unfortunate that wish to view the left and the house is right on the main road.
