This wooden chalet, built in the year 2000, with no less than 170 m2, is located directly on the slopes of the beautiful Grossarl/Dorfgastein ski area. "Ski -in Ski-out". The beautiful sunny location on the edge of the forest is fantastic. You look out over the cozy and famous village of Großarl and a short distance away you can enjoy a delicious meal in one of the famous Austrian Gasthofen.
The comfortably furnished Chalet with lots of wood has a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and no fewer than 4 bedrooms. So plenty of space and privacy. Luxury is of course the private sauna where you can enjoy after a day of walking or skiing. The owner also offers a bread service so that fresh rolls are delivered to your door every day.
The Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area belongs to the umbrella ski region "Ski Amadé", with a total of 270 ski lifts and 860 km of varied slopes. There are plenty of options here for both beginners and advanced users.
The Großarltal is known for its many mountain huts and 37 different marked walks with a total length of 220 km. A popular souvenir here is the handmade reward in the form of a pin for the number of kilometers traveled.
The ski lifts are also in operation in the summer, making it very easy for you to reach different heights to start your hike. Besides hiking, the Großarltal has much more to offer in the summer. You can also enjoy swimming, cycling, playing tennis, fishing and horse-drawn carriage rides.
In short, an ideal location for a wonderful holiday, both in summer and winter!

I traveled with a group of 10 young people (25 35y.o.) to this wonderful cottage. The house is comfortably furnished, equipped with sauna and Jacuzzi and a stove in the living room. The space, the bathrooms are adequate. Very pleasant was the ski station with heat for dieSkischuhe. The slope is close to the cottage, and perfectly-minute walk in Figure 3. to achieve. If you want to achieve is possible that other ski areas in the Skiamadé by car. Refer Site is to Flachau. Thank you for this great holiday!

The arrival was sometimes a bit more difficult, because the sat nav was not quite the right address but otherwise great. The accommodation was as described spacious, well equipped and clean. The environment has invited to go directly from the hut, only the weather was not optimal , The landlord is a very nice and uncomplicated person. For the sauna you have to bring your own aroma oil.

We arrived early and were already allowed in the cottage, were nicely received in a beautiful and spacious house. basement with special ski storage and changing room which is accessible from the outside is super handy! environment is breathtaking and we have very enjoyed our wintersport! highly recommended for the advanced skier, about 100 meters walk and you get on the slopes!

The Schindlhütte located on a beautiful spot above the village is cozy and spacious. The decor is fine. The house has good amenities. The owners are very friendly and helpful.The valley and the meadows are ideal for walks. The necessary messages are available in the village. In the village is an extensive leisure center with great attention to the youth. For trips have you in and out of the valley (about 20 minutes each time).

It is a gorgeous home to more than 2 km from the ski lift and ski lessons for children. You can (almost) come directly from home on the track, but that is not always open. And quenching children you should still bring the car and pick up because the bus will exist not. The descent 4a (with guest Schützenhof) is also closed regularly so you can go there but hardly can back in. And then you're down! So do that, because of the transport logistics) well in advance bedenken.De 4 bunk in a room are a godsend. Plenty of room to also there spelen.De sauna, large tub and shower in the basement are fantastic for water lovers. Note that the use of hot water and electricity because you use so many cubic meters. The road to the house (high mountain) is usually brine time and the snow cleared. In a lot of extra snow tires and snow chains but absolutely necessary.

The house is beautifully located above Grossarl and thus a good starting point for excursions. You have a role view of the valley and of course in the surrounding mountains. The Schützenhof with coffee and cake options, as well as lunch and dinner is within walking distance.

We had a great holiday in the Schindlhütte! It is very comfortably furnished and squeaky clean. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of devices and accessories. The garden with table tennis and of course the sauna and whirlpool are an absolute highlight. We would come again and can recommend the holiday home without reservation!

Environment is very beautiful, many hiking opportunities for both advanced and beginners. The house is slightly above the village, supermarket etc are therefore a short distance away. Point of attention: in the photo the house seems to be completely free, but that is not the case. There are houses at a very short distance on both sides, one of which is directly adjacent is a holiday home that can accommodate larger groups of people. The house itself is comfortable and offers plenty of space.
