Approx. 100 m from the ocean is this well-furnished holiday cottage that has every amenity needed for a good holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned. living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo sound system with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. There are 5 bedrooms, all beds have good box mattresses. There is furthermore a large and spacious mezzanine. The large pool area has a large swimming pool with slide, sauna, shower and 4-person whirlpool. After an active day you can slide into the whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. There is another bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can play darts or billiards or challenge each other at table tennis or table football. There are also stereo set, PlayStation3 and Nintendo Wii in the activity room. On the plot there are sandpit, slide, swings and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.
