Holiday cottage with great views of the ocean from both house and plot. You can see the small islands Lyø, Avernakø and Als from the house. The plot is close to a large natural area with various animals. Wooden floors or tile floors with underfloor heating throughout the entire house. There are also air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove which provides a comfortable heating during the cold months. Large bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool and a sauna for 4 persons. Combined living and dining room with access to the terrace. The living room has a large flatscreen-TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a PlayStation. The fully equipped kitchen has i.a. fan oven and microwave oven. 4 bedrooms at either ends of the house and a large mezzanine overlooking the kitchen-family room. Large, open and covered terrace with grill. The garden has football goal, sandpit, swing set and various games. Approx. 200 m from the house is a child-friendly beach.

The location and facilities are good, the layout is well thought out and the outdoor area is beautiful. The furniture/decor is worn out, partially very unkempt and not clean (facts that are verifiable). No beach available and no walks possible. Faaborg and Svendborg are very nice.

The house was very clean and well-maintained, you can tell that the owners themselves do the cleaning. Large property around it, with a swing, small soccer goals, and sandbox for the kids. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and, what is rare, large pots. The bedrooms are a good size with a lot of storage space in the closets. There is an outdoor clothesline, but we missed an indoor clothes rack, as it gets quite humid at night (we were there at the end of August).
