Beautifully located cozy cabin with big, east-oriented terrace and gorgeous view of the sea. 10 walking minutes to the bathing area, 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and gas station. Cabin is equipped with all necessary things (cutlery, kitchen + cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner), even a lot of toys for kids and books for both kids and adults. Furnishing: basic and sufficient, no wardrobes, as a workaround shelves and drawers under the bed can be used. What we were missing was: 1. outside blinds on windows (The cabin can get pretty hot during hot days), 2. maybe an air conditioning or a fan, 3. drying rack for swimming suits and towels, 4. washing machine.Neighborhood is very quiet and we also felt very safe there.If you have dogs - the fence around the terrace can be fully closed, but the yard has no fence at all (+ a lot of ticks in the grass). There are nice paths in the neighborhood to stroll around and even some places where dogs can enter the sea. Big plus was the contactless key handover from DanCenter so you are flexible on the arrival/departure day.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home! The panoramic view of the sea was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, The kids loved the nearby Låka beach, just a short walk away, The house was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family getaway,

The house was spacious and had a nice layout, which was perfect for our group of four. The proximity to the beach and local attractions like Tjörnbroklippan Klättring was a bonus. We enjoyed our time here and are definitely considering coming back.

We greatly appreciated the peaceful surroundings of Höviksnäs. The house itself was very functional, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby beach was beautiful, and we even took a ferry to Åstol for a day trip, which was an adventure!

We had a great time in this holiday home in Höviksnäs. The view of the sea from the terrace was breathtaking! The place was super clean and cozy, We loved the living room with the wood stove, it made our evenings so nice and warm, The nearby beach was perfect for relaxing, and the kids had a lot of fun, The only downside was that the WiFi was sometimes a bit slow, but honestly, it didn't bother us, Overall a great place for a relaxing vacation, would definitely stay again!

The house was just as described and depicted in the photos. We liked it very much. Upon our arrival, a bottle of wine with 2 glasses was ready on the table. That makes you feel welcome right away. Everything was also very tidy and clean. Only some dishes were not so well washed. But that is often the case in vacation homes. The view from the terrace was the highlight. Since we were traveling with 2 children, it was great that the terrace was fenced. The railing was broken in one place, which is a safety issue. The large lawn area for playing was great. And thanks to the robotic mower, the grass was always nice and short. Nevertheless, there were many ticks. The house is rather minimalist in its furnishings. We really liked that, and it was also practical, as our little one in the crawling stage couldn't knock over so much. At first, we were just confused that there were no wardrobes. But we managed very well with the open shelves in the living room and children's room. The bed in the parents' bedroom had very good mattresses (rather a bit firmer), on which we slept very well. The only thing we really missed was a washing machine. And considering that the house is quite small, the price is a bit high.
